I'm currently reading Kill You Twice by Chelsea Cain. Very good so far.Last week, I read One Of Us by Iain Rowan. A great read. If you like gritty British thrillers, I think you'll enjoy this.

Vicki, I've just posted you a message in another group .
You mentioned that you were keeping an eye out for the ebook price of Dark Horse by Honey Brown on amazon. JB are selling it for a good price, $9.99. Here's the link if you're interested.

Just started Fallen by Karin Slaughter. I just finished Broken by the same authorI seem to have started a number of series this past year and I have decided that I need to try to read them at once instead of jumping from one to the other as I am getting very confused ;)

You're most welcome girls! I do hope you both like it, but knowing how excellent it was, I'm confident you will:)
I've just read The Enemy Inside and loved it! I may be a little bit biased as this was put out by my employer, but I truly did enjoy it. Gritty stuff by an Aussie author. If anyone wants to read it, I can probably arrange for a copy or two.Just read the group rules… some of the content in this book is strictly adult, so you'll need to be aware of that when considering if it is right for you.

Peter wrote: "Sounds intriguing. Is it a thriller set in Australia?"Sadly no… It's set in the USA, Chicago.
Peter wrote: "That's fine. Is it available in local bookstores like Dymocks?"It should be… but if you have any trouble, send me a DM
About 200 pages into The Cuckoo's Calling by Robert Galbraith aka JKR. I like it so far. This is the first thing I've read by JKR . yes that's right I haven't read any HP or watched the movies but I have The Casual Vacancy which I'm also hoping to enjoy.

Have you read it? The reference to Sandy,Roy Grace's wife was fine but I don't like crims getting away.

Not that one, no. But I was wondering about it:)

Yikes, Peter, don't give the ending away. I have it lined up on my Kindle to read. Currently reading Not Dead Enough. Dead Man's Footsteps is the next in the series.
I'm currently reading Friends, Family and Other Strangers From Downunder by Liza Perrat. It's a collection of 14 short stories set in Australia. I grabbed a copy when it was free and I'm glad I did. :Next up is Rescuing Tara, an Australian true short from Rescuing Tara. Only 99¢ on Kindle:

I've just finished Killer Smile by Lisa Scottoline which was ok but not totally satisfying. Began Identical by Scott Turow which appears to be more up my street. Great writing.

I've only read one book of Lisa Scottoline's, Daddy's Girl, and I must say, wasn't overly impressed. I haven't been keen to try another one of hers.
