I'm definitely in for . I've been looking forward to that one! Also, I need to read so maybe I can get it done in August and be ready for . I love buddy reads! I love the discussion. It's always so much fun to hear what others think.

I would love to do a reread buddy read for Divergent and Insurgent for Sept and part of Oct in preparation for the third book coming out. It's been over a year since I read that series and can't really remember it, just that it was awesome. Just a thought. I havnt read any of the Lux series or Throne of Glass, i'm a bit behind lol

@Cindee It would be easy to catch up on Throne of Glass before we read Crown of Midnight...since it is only one book (oh and 4 short novellas) - you could catch up fast lol ;)

We usually do read at your own pace and then everyone uses spoiler tags :) But it's up to you guys, every buddy read can be different!

I'm ready for crown at midnight woot woot....throne of glass was awesome especially the second half. Anyone read the novellas? Do the enhance the first book? I believe they are stories before she became the kings champion? Anyway can't wait for book two!

YAY! Oh yes absolutely! The novellas are a must-read - I personally think they are essential (I was pretty impassioned by them that I wrote my first review (rare for me)! Have you read them, yet!! They are pretty quick reads....and full of facts! I think you get a better understanding of her.

PS: you got through Throne of Glass quick - wicked awesome!

yeah it was an awesome book. I think I will have to read the novellas, something that did bother me was how she was described as this assasin that everyone knew and was known thru out the land and how lethal she was. then the character talked a tough game and how easy it was for her to do away with anyone so easily, and yet I also found her character weak. there was a few moments but I found her quite ordinary, don't get me wrong I loved her, but I didnt think she acted the way she was portrayed in the book. perhaps the novellas will help me get that excitement that I was looking for from her, more action. who do you pick for her chaol or the prince? tough one, I love the playful banter between her and the prince but I love chaols tough I don't like her attitude even tho he's crazy about her lol. great book!

I agree!! You've got to try the novellas, I liked them a lot more than the full novel :)

LIGHT!!! OMG, I'm going to go book crazy this month! Everything good is coming out, and many books are the last in the series!

I have my copy of Light, so really I can do it anytime, although I do want to finish Fire and Ash first, and it seems I have a lot of buddy reads all of the sudden! But whatever works for everyone else, I will fit it in somehow!

I want to read that chaos book, david said it's his favorite, must be good, I could try it with someone else. Right now i'm reading previews of books to see if something catches me before I purchase, so far nothing major. The knife of letting do might be good.

OMG Baby-Sitters Club!!! I was obsessed with that series when I was younger, around middle school age, I read them all! Multiple times! I no longer have my set, though, I sold them all at a garage sale when I realized my girls weren't really interested in reading them. That particular one was one of my favorites, just because Mary Anne actually does something daring! And Stacey ends up in the infirmary all week with poison ivy and a bad cold! Oh, the memories!
