Oi, those are the worst ahaha. Have you read The 5th Wave by Rick Yancey? For me, the beginning was slow, but after that, it got REALLY GOOD and now I can say it is one of my favorites!!

Now, starting the second book in the same series
Beat (Life on Stage #2)

Totally recommended to everyone, does not matter what genre you usually into just give it a go, hard to put it down when you start reading it, I rate it a 5/5 Very well written.
Still reading the Uglies series, I'm on Specials
It's actually really good, my friend told me it was too predictable and I shouldn't read it but I think it's really good.

Reading Me, My Fortune and the Story by Valentine Chigbogu

It's about a teen who put her baby brother to bed & he died of SIDS. She's since felt responsible & her entire family (who are simply rotten) has made sure to let her know they also blame her for it.

That sounds so heavy.

yeah, i was skeptical, thinking it would be too depressing, but I was instantly invested in finding out what would happen to her & it did have a HEA, so I was hooked.

And also getting through the Mystery/Thriller
