Blood Red Road is different, but I LOVED it! Unfortuantely, I didn't like the sequel as much--but still planning on reading when it comes out this year!

I'm on a budget this year of £10 a month... I know I may die... But I have found and bought a hardback copy of Ice by Sarah Beth Durst

and a paperback of Black Spring by Alison Croggon

And still have some change so I'm quite happy right now :)

My love for Ollies Bargain Outlet remains true. Here is yesterday's haul:



I already had the Puffin Classics version of Peter Pan, so I got Wizard of Oz to match. I also have Slated, but I have it in paperback and have Fractured (book 2) in hardback. So I got Slated in hardback to match. Now I have a paperback to give away! Ashes on the Waves was a total cover buy, although I did check its rating. And Natural Born Angel is the sequel to Immortal City, for which I'd been looking for awhile now.

Total spent was $13. Not bad for 6 books! I love Ollies so much . . .
