And as far as Jennifer Lawrence...I don't think any lead actresses of that age group can really compare to her, she is just AWESOME!!! I'm way more excited for Catching Fire than I am for just about any other book-to-movie adaptation, except maybe The Book Thief and The Great Gatsby (which I haven't seen yet!)

I'm thinking about pre-odreding the hardcover box set of the Divergent Series. I have handed out my paperback so many times that its falling apart! I might even keep it so that I can hand that out to other people to read and keep my hardcovers to myself. I am also dying to re-read the first 2 before the 3rd book comes out!

I was also thinking about buying Shatter Me only to find out that it comes out in paperback tomorrow and they no longer have any in stock...

Anyway I just bought a book by Indie author, poet, painter and general bada** Kevin MacNeil Brown called Highway in the Blood. It hasn't arrived yet, but I know I'm going to eat it up. He writes about my home state of VT with the most poetic prose I've ever read, and he has great mystery plots which twine history into the present. I like his Liam Dutra novels, but this is a new protagonist that I'm excited about who is a steel guitar player. The free sample looks good.

I absolutely loved Ashes when I first read it, I loved the story and the cliff-hanger like ended. But shadows kinda disappointed me a little bit, no where near as good as the first book
