So we have a little problem with the July book of the month. We have a three way tie. What are we going to do about this problem?

I will be gone for 2 weeks from July 8 to July 21 so I will need you mods to keep my group going because where I am goind does not allow phones or electronics. Please keep this group afloat and be as active as possible for the sake of this group. I have great hopes that you will do your mod jobs.

Ooh and I will tell you an idea I came up with for the Hunger Games. What about every week there is a poll which has all the remaining survivors names on it. You can vote for the person you want to die. This way, the need for making allies will be even more important.

I think that it is time for me to designate you mods to a certain job in our group. I've seen other groups do this a want to try it with our group.

Captainm2 you can be in charge of the games. You will make sure everyone is following the game rules and having a good time.

Emily you can be in charge of the book of the month and the book discussions. For this book of the month you can help me judge which book argument is the best. But, your regular job will be to make more book discussions and to monitor their safety too.

Charlie you will be in charge of the points system. On Sunday August 5th the points system will start again. You will be in charge of posting daily updates to the points system discussion. All you have to do is multiply the person's comments by 10 and only post the top 5. I will let you know when we will make any new changes to the points system.

If you guys don't like your jobs I am welcome to change it for you but to what, I don't know at this point unless another mod wants to switch with you. Your titles will be changed to your new positions. I hope you enjoy them.

You're in charge of games so you can do whatever you want with the games but if you are deleting games make sure you let me know and I approve of it before you delete the game.

Any recommendations on how to increase commenting? I was thinking that we could possibly block the members that don't contribute or give the members that don't comment a chance to regain their membership in this group by agreeing to a contract that they will contribute to discussions.

I think that's good and bad. Firstly, we don't want to discourage new members from joining because we have low numbers :( But it's good as more people with comments. I don't know on this one...

I think that we should do something to encourage more commenting but I don't think we should kick people out of the group because new people are more likely to join if we have larger numbers. Besides it sends out a kind of hostile message. I don't know... Maybe someone should message the members and tell them...

Yeah! For the debate who do you think won? I have to look at that discussion again to decide. I'll put out a message about inactive members and how they should start commenting.

I don't know! It's hard to decide because the people who are commenting the most are the mods, which isn't really fair. Maybe in your message we should mention the debate and give it one more day to see if anybody else comments on it.
