7. The book of the month is the book that our club's monthly read. Each month we put up a poll so that our members can vote on which book they want to read. We then read the winning book and discuss it as a group.

No offense to you Emily but I was sleeping and their timezones are the same and mine is 14 hours behind them.

I know I'm not supposed to post here but just a quik opinion on the comment ranking. In the letter you said you will change them as the majority of members posts go up. The problem with that is that new members will have to be here much longer to get a rank since the post number for ranks will Rise.
I suggest a monthly Quota. As in if this month you post X amount of times you get good commenter or if you post Y amount of times you get great. This way newer members are able to get the benefits and so are senior members. That is a more accurate way of measuring the Activity of members and rewarding them.

Ok thank you Will I will keep that in mind. What I was saying is that once the comments go over 800 than I will add more sections to help the commenting. Will I say you post a mod form because I really like your suggestions.

Astra, I am sorry that you feel that way, but Chade made the descision because she thought it was right for the group, with no intention of upsetting you. I am sorry if you feel that we have not treated you well but we have tried to make you and any other new members feel as welcome as possible. You may leave this group if you wish, but that rude and disrespectful manner in which you addressed Chade is not welcome in this group.

2. Moderator (Post A Good Application And Do Something That Impacts Our Group Majorly)
3. Admin (Post Over 600 Posts And Do Something That Impacts Our Group Minorly)
5. Operator (Post Over 500 Posts And Do Something That Impacts Our Group Extremely Minorly)
4. Senior Member (Post Over 400 Posts And Be Nice And Caring To The Group)
5. Adult Member (Post Over 300 Posts And Be Nice And Caring To The Group)
6. Teenage Member (Post Over 200 Posts And Be Nice And Caring To The Group)
7. Tweenage Member (Post Over 100 Posts)
8. Junior Member (Post Over 50 Posts)

And perhaps, this is another suggestion btw we could have chat sections for each group of people. Like this mod chat is for mods, Admin chat, Operator chat, Nonexistant member chat, Infant member chat, baby member chat. This idea would be quite hilarious :D

Captianm2 That's a good idea. The post requirements might be a little low in my opinion but yeah, Having a chat for the ranks is a good idea. Also maybe higher ranked members should get perks? It would Give members something to achieve. Also Maybe Members should be demoted for foul language, racist/Hurtful comments, ect.

Hi guys sorry I haven't been on lately but I like all of captainm2 adjustments. Mine were just a rough sketch; wasn't expecting much from it. Charlie you can delete all of Astra's posts. I know this might sound inappropriate but I don't give a crap about Astra after she called my a fag and everything. She is a bully and therefore we should block her from our group since she doesn't belong here. Captainm2 I think your time has come again to apply for a mod position. I'm sorry for your demotion but I think you are needed again to complete our mod team. Also, I agree with Will's contributions to the rankings and demotion to Members with foul language etc.
