I've read that whole series....and that's exactly it!! It's totally worth reading but not on my list of favorites.

Hi there, im from Indonesia. I love to read. My first book of Linda Howard is Heartbreaker and i love it. My second book is Death Angel.. i didn't enjoy it as much though. I see that there are a lot of fan of Linda Howard's works. I'm just curious to read more about her. Add me as a friend to know what im reading.
We are so glad to have you Dian. I really liked Heartbreaker too. Have you read Mackenzie Mountain? That is usually a favorite. There is also a series with the Mackenzie clan. Mackenzie Mission is about Wolf's son Joe, Mackenzie's pleasure is about Zane, Anyway, glad to have you and Remeber, Jan 15 is the Q&A with Linda Howard and Linda Jones.

Hello everyone! I'm Alison and I am new to this group as well as Goodreads. Still trying to figure it all out. :) Linda Howard is my absolute favorite author and I own every one of her books. As an aspiring writer myself, I appreciate the story-telling ingenuity that comes in each romantic adventure she pens. In my head, I've left my husband for each of LH's hunky heroes. Don't worry, though. As long as it's a fictional crush, my hubby doesn't seem to mind. :)
Welcome Lori and Alison. I think...AND SOMEONE CORRECT ME IF I AM WRONG....all you have to do is at the correct time go to ask Linda and Linda in the group discussion folder and ask your questions. Right now they have a few questions to start answering. Both Dorsey and I are happy to have new members. I agree with you Alison I keep going for her hunky heroes. My husband doesn't even know about them.
Alison, have you written any stories? I know I use to when I was young and then stopped. I started up again a few years ago but haven't finished anything.

Hi! Thanks for inviting me to the Group Margo! Linda Howard is one of my ALL time favorite authors. I love, love, love her books and collect them all. I'm so excited to hear she has another new book coming out. I just bought "Shadow Woman" the other day and will be reading it tomorrow.
Hi, I'm Kimberley. Linda Howard has been my favorite author for years. The first novel I read was Duncan's Bride, which I loved and have read several times. I have all of her novels, but some of my favs are the McKenzie series, Open Season, Against The Rules, After The Night, and Death Angel. And then there's Mr. Perfect...okay, okay, I loved them all!

Just got the invite for this group...surprised I didn't notice it before. Linda Howard is one of my all-time favorites. Shades of Twilight is my favorite book by her. I think I've read it 5 times now. One of the reasons I like Howard so much is that I find her books so REreadable. When I'm in-between new books I really want to read, I often go back to one of hers.

I'm Robin and I joined the site a little over three years ago but have not been active in any groups. I have a confession - I've only read one Linda Howard book, Up Close And Dangerous. But I absolutely loved it and have been grabbing her books whenever I come across one.

OMG! When I saw the name Linda Howard on my email, I actually opened it. I get too many emails these days and just skim through without opening most. I've loved Linda Howard for so many years. I've wished I could write with her easy style that encapsulates a feeling, drawing me into her characters as if I'm living within them.
She is one of the authors I read OVER AND OVER. I have so many dog eared copies, I've had to buy newer ones because the bindings are falling apart.
Thanks for the invite to join. Looking forward to reading other views on Ms. Howard.
I'll be out of town on the 16th and don't know if I'll have internet access, but I can dream. :D
