Oh. Well that's good she finally let u read it. I just don't tell my mom about that stuff. Although it's kinda a message saying " do NOT have sex especially with a boy vampire!"
I don't think that BD is bad at all! Stephanie Meyers did really good with not explaining all the scenes in it! I'm just glad that I read it before my mom because she read it after and got mad at me.....but now she allows me to read them since I already have!
I'm 11 and my mom read it with no complaint. I mean, if your parents wanted you to stay ignorant you could, and only miss a bit of plot.
Im 12 and was 12 when I read it, at first it was a little disturbing, but its not my favorite subject, but I was perfectly fine I mean babys dont come from the stork! Plus my mom read it before me so she must have thought it would be fine for me
ya, i was 11 when i read it, but there was this girl in the third grade who had read them all and now she was gonna read breaking dawn, and my friend told her to not read it and everyone was like, no you shouldn't read them and then her dad read the whole series and told her she couldn't read Breaking dawn till next year, i personally think shes sill gonna be to young....but...
I am 12 now and it was a little awkward reading it but it did not go into a lot of detail and plus it was only in the beginning and a little bit at the end so i thought it was pretty much ok.
i dont think its that big of a deal because they really didnt go into detail in the sex parts(wish they would have) so yea i mean at least lik 12 but ya kno
It depends if your mature enough. My mom was unsure, but it BFFs mom said I'm mature enough (I was ten when I read it). 3rd grade is a little young, I think most 4th graders and 5th graders can handle. Anything above that should be fine.
Im not sure. If my liltle sister read it next year (shed be in 4th grade) im not sure id be to found of that idea
If she's responsible and won't go around talking about sex after reading it, she should be fine. I understand you care about your little sister, but you can't always protect her from everything.
so the one how is going into 4th grade I guess it wouldnt be that bad, but I have a younger sister than that and im pretty sure shed go around talking about sex...
well theyre teaching sex ed in 6th grade, so I guess its better for kids to know about it and that its bad then know that there is some deep dark secret with all their mommies and daddies;)
and I read it last year and Io'm in seventh grade and I thought it was fine
and I read it last year and Io'm in seventh grade and I thought it was fine
The one that would talk about it shouldn't read it, in that case. Unless you inforce her skipping the sex sections.
very true. you shouldn't go around talking about stuff like that
