Saying good bye to my wife's cousin and her two kids and husband. We're going to miss them! Now I'm just catching up on emails and GRs :) But I'm off to bed now, catch you on the flip side!

Look how awesome these look side by side! WOOT, WOOT!!!"
they look awesome together! Although I prefer the cover for fire country, the cover for ice country is awesome too. It really looks cold there!

The colors really POP on Fire Country. Ice Country's cover is such a contrast which in reading the sample chapters at the end of Fire Country fits the story. Fire Country and Ice Country seemed to be complete opposites. I really love how they look together. (And will look even better in my hands and up on my shelf together!) hehehhe...

Well thank you for saying that :) I hope it lives up to your expectations ;)

Once I finish the one I am reading now (http://www.goodreads.com/book/photo/1...)
I think I will catch up by finishing the Evolution series and then move on to Fire Country and Ice Country...wow, I have a plan! Now if only people would leave me alone...
LOL thank you soo much!! Don't worry, there's always time to catch up and I'm so honored that you even want to read all my books :) Well, it helps that writing is my full time career now (or at least at the moment!), so that gives me the time to really focus on it. And I use the excuse to read A LOT because it's "research" for my job haha! (Don't tell anyone I mostly do it just because I love it!)
Don't worry, I'm slowing down a little bit as once Water & Storm Country is published on June 6th, there will be a 3 month gap before The Earth Dwellers is released :) That'll give everyone time to catch up on both series before the FINAL BOOK! Wooohoo!!

Woohoo, the earth dwellers has a goodreads page. I am the first one who marked it as want to read :p (well except for david ofcourse)

LOL! I just created it today but I couldn't write a full synopsis since I haven't exactly worked the plot out yet ;)

Yay...Marked The Earth Dwellers on my TBR list!
Yay...Marked The Earth Dwellers on my TBR list!

Don't you just love being able to spend your time doing what you love? I know I do!
While you're forcing me to wait impatiently for "The Earth Dwellers" to be published, I was planning to use the time to read some of your other books. Not that I need the time really, since I'm lucky enough to get to have most of my time split between reading and writing too, but since I plan to read the Nikki Powergloves series at least, and you're forcing me to wait so long... Well, I have to do something to make the torture easier to deal with, LOL!
Jenny wrote: "ANOTHER BOOK IN JUNE???? Woah you are really ambitious this year!"
LOL, I hate having to wait to read sequels so I try not to make my readers do that either :) But yes, I'm getting stressed about how crazy aggressive my publishing schedule is lol!

Oh my gosh yes! I love being a fulltime writer :) It's a complete dream come true! And that's all because of all of you awesome readers who support me. My books have no meaning without all of you!!

LOL true! Although the funny thing is that I wrote my first 9 books in 18 months while working a fulltime job! But I have to be honest, my focus was more on my writing than the job, and I definitely stretched the limits of my lunch breaks hehe! My boss kept saying I better not leave to become a writer...and then I did, oops!
Since then, I've written 5 books in the 10 months since I went fulltime, so the pace is similar in terms of sheer number, although their were 4 children's books in the first 9, so I'm technically churning out a greater average word count now ;)
Regardless, I love what I do each and every day!

That's really awesome, David! Most people never get to find their dream job! I myself love my job, I just wish it paid more! Preschool teachers get paid next to nothing.
Eek! That sucks because preschool would be TONS of work. Fulfilling but tiring :) Yeah, I used to chase money and early retirement and then I realised I wasn't happy. Now I'm living on a shoestring budget and loving my life :) Funny how that worked out!
Water & Storm Country is out with beta readers!
And Ice Country is officially released tomorrow. Eek!!

I've got a surprise coming soon! I'll be releasing a FREE EBOOK (Middle-Grade sci-fi) hopefully before I release Water & Storm Country as a THANK YOU to all you awesome people. It'll be a just for fun book that combines a little suspense with lots of off-the-wall comedy and a few really fun characters :) I hope you all like it!!

sounds awesome! I can't wait to read it!

But anyway, now that i've seen it; Yesssssssss!!! That sounds awesome, David!! :)
