Sorry Dhes I didn't see this till now. I agree with a lot Trish says. I do enjoy EH's writing and will continue reading the series. Besides some of the things Trish mentioned the ending for me just didn't do it. You will have to read it for you to understand what I mean. Caire has some dark things going on and the way this ends just left me with a "whatever".

I don't want to discourage you from reading it though. There are some really good things about the story.

Jill Shalvis has a knack for creating an emotional bond between the reader and the characters. I'm thankful that there are 2 more books in the Lucky Harbor series, because I really enjoyed "living there" while I read the book. :)
