Wednesday it is!! Can't wait...
Pam wrote: "Cheryl-I finished Slave to Sensation. Hope you are enjoying the read as much as I did. I've added the next few to my TBR list. Soon it will be longer than my read list. Oh well. ..."
Pam I loved it and I gave it 5 stars. I too am going to put the next in the series on my TBR list. Thanks for the recommendation!
Jojo, I just realized that your pick for me of About That Night was a buddy read. Valerie ~Varuca~ and I will be doing that as a buddy read, starting in a few days. Does that work for you? It would be great if we could do it all together! Maybe even open it up to everyone?
I finished my first PIFM book, a buddy read of
with Kami. This book was not what I was expecting but I really enjoyed it and intend to read more in the series. Thanks for recommending this to me this month.

Thanks for the picks. I really liked all of them and couldn't choose between them.I thought of going for Dream Lake, but its going to be published in august :(I'm going for The Immortal Highlander,Anna and the French Kiss,
Pleasure Unbound,Something About You
I'll try to read as many as possible. :)
Hi, Dee. Thank you for the wonderful picks, it was worth the wait. I'll definitely read Lothaire because it was already on my agenda for this month. The Next Always also sounds interesting so I may check it out. Thanks again and great challenge!

Hi Melissa,
Would you like me to set up a thread for our buddy read of Shadows? What date would you like to start? How does the 16th sound?
Just finished Get a Clue. I thought it was ok. I don't know if it was because I just got done reading the Fifty Shades of Grey trilogy or if it just wasn't one of my favorite books by Jill Shalvis.
Hi Nancy,I am ready to start in a couple of days, too. So I think I can read Anna and the French Kiss during this weekend.
Nici wrote: "Penney, I will read Archangel's Consortand a buddy read of Lover Reborn. So excited! I just got an email from the library that said this was available. I have neve..."Hi Nici, sorry I am just seeing this post now. We're going away for the weekend and I'm not sure how much time I'll have for reading. Have you started Lover Reborn already? I don't want to hold you up since it's a library book, but if you'd still like to do a buddy read I can start it next and get a few minutes here and there this weekend. It's a long one though and I'm not sure how quickly I'll get through it. Basically though, with a buddy read, we'll start a separate thread, try to start the book together and comment on the thread as we read. Let me know if you're still interested :)
Is anyone else interested in a buddy read of
this month??
Susan (susayq)I set up a buddy-read thread for Lady Isabella's Scandalous Marriage. I will probably start it tonight or tomorrow, if that works for you?
MountainKat wrote: "Jojo, I just realized that your pick for me of About That Night was a buddy read. Valerie ~Varuca~ and I will be doing that as a buddy read, starting in a few days. Does that work..."That sounds good I've just got home from a few days away with the kids so a good book to read will be great. Saturday will be fine for me.
Penney wrote: "Is anyone else interested in a buddy read of

Hi Rena, I just finished
and I really liked it. I gave it 3.5 stars. I love romantic suspense and I am so happy to have a new author to read. Thanks so much for the pick!
Ruth Ann wrote: "Erin wrote: "Ruth Ann wrote: "Erin wrote: "Ruth Ann wrote: "Erin wrote: "Hi Ruth Ann! Here are your picks. Hope you find something that interests you this month. Skandia wrote: "Hi Nancy,I am ready to start in a couple of days, too. So I think I can read Anna and the French Kiss during this weekend."
I will start it tomorrow since I have a long car trip then. Do you want to set up the buddy read thread or should i?
That would be great if you could set up the thread, Nancy! Maybe there will be others who would like to join also.
Jojo wrote: "MountainKat wrote: "Jojo, I just realized that your pick for me of About That Night was a buddy read. Valerie ~Varuca~ and I will be doing that as a buddy read, starting in a few d..."WooHoo! This should be fun! I can set up a thread for us, probably not until tomorrow though.

Hello! Monday would be perfect.. just to be sure we are doing a BR for Nightshade am i right?
hi Heather - I finished up Divergent last night and want to say thank you for getting me to read it...i've had it on the pile for a while and then heard a bad review of the audiobook so I didn't read it, but i'm glad I did...I hope the next one goes into some more explanation of how the factions came to be etc, because I felt like that was missing from the book, but overall a good read

Fran
So sorry ~ just saw this. That would work great!
Just finished my first PIFM book for the month -
very quick short sexy read - wish it had been a bit longer didn't want it to end,lol gave it 4 starsI'll have to check out more of her books....
I just finished my second pick
and I thought it was pretty good but it left a lot of loose ends. I will have to pick up
so I hopefully will get some answers.
Renee wrote: "I finished my pick last night. It was pretty good :)"Renee, what was the book so I can add it to the list? Thanks!

Finished Awaken the Highland Warrior. I'd give it 4 stars. It had some great supporting characters that I would love to read more about, so I'll definitely be picking up the next one in the series.

Macwolf01 (Elise),Are you still planning to start our Buddy Read of Virals today? I am also reading another book, but I often read two or more at once, so I will plan to start it this evening when I get back from visiting my in-laws.
Skandia,I just finished Owls Well that Ends Well, and you were right, it is funny and is a good 'cozy' mystery.
I have also started Anna and the French Kiss, and it is quite enjoyable. It is set in Paris, a city I love and have visited several times (with students in my past life as a French teacher, and with my husband as a romantic getaway). I also started a Buddy Read thread for us in the 'Dare to Read' section.
I finished
and loved it! It was great to see a little of Ian and Beth. I'm looking forward to reading the next books. Maybe I won't take as long getting to them :) Thanks for the push to read this, Daffodil!
Pollyanna-I finished Hush, Hush and I have to say I didn't love it. I kept thinking--get to the point. It took about 100 pages more than necessary. Plus I felt like all those horror movies where you want to scream at the screen--don't go there alone, you know something bad will happen. Now having said that I will admit, I was good with the storyline, Patch is pretty hot and I might read the next one in the series. So thanks for the recommendation. I still have Wings in my pile and could start that after I finish my book for my book group on Tuesday. Thanks for the rec.
Valerie ~Varuca~ and Jojo - here is the link for our buddy read of About That Night! I haven't started it yet, but hope to get a little reading done tonight. Anyone is welcome to join us!!
I finished my second book: Nine Rules to Break When Romancing a Rake. I loved this one as well. My recommendations have been great this month.

I can start Sunday evening, off to an early dinner with the family but when I get home I'm in ;)

Sounds good. I will probably start it tomorrow, too. I didn't get quite as much read today as I wanted to, but I have a long car trip tomorrow to my aunt's house and I will read then.
I just finished the Buddy Read with Skandia of Anna and the French Kiss, and I liked it. Thanks for giving me the motivation to get it done, Skandia!
Cheryl wrote: "I just finished my second pick

Enjoy the ride! It's a really good series.
I just finished
. It was a great read. It was a nice funny adventure, fantasy story that had twists and turns all the way up to the end. I am looking forward to continuing this series!
