You should see the trailer. It doesn't give much away but it is pretty exciting.

Have you ladies seen the trailer for The Host?"
Only bad thing about this book is that it took me 11 or 12 chapters to actually get into it!!

It's nothing like Twilight. At all. Don't let that be a deterrent. I wouldn't have even known it was penned by the same author.

And yes, now that I think about it, it took a while to get going. I liked the end so much that I never thought about the beginning.

Funny thing, when I started Twilight I didn't like it. I put it down. I read the first chapter. I thought the writing was meh and just didn't like Bella and didn't care. I only pushed through it because of local pressure, then I ended up getting hooked on the story even though the writing still bothered me.

I am done with

Hope your 8 yr old is okay Regina and that you both have book to read if your emergency wards are like ours.

So, after finishing Lover Reborn, I can't seem to find a book to read to fit my mood. It seems like I go through this dilemma twice a week!

I am guessing after Reborn a couple of short fillers might be in order. A bit of down time.

The last book in Mari Carr's Compass brother series is out. So you could read just it or the whole series Western Ties.
There are some contemp's.
or
for historicals
Mia Marlowe's Touch of a Rogue promises to be a historical with lots of twists.

I always wonder why they number the Harlequin and other publisher books with numbers when they're not really a series. I guess for tracking purposes?

I hope you didn't spend too long in the ER.

I really hope they don't get to me all at once!

So...OT, I bought this ebook on Amazon but I want to read it on my Nook Tablet. Does anyone know how I can convert it to epub? PM me, if possible.

reading this made my skill crawl... I'm so glad he's okay.

My older son got bit by our dog when he was young and he had a huge hole going through his lip. I'm surprised that you can barely see the scar now.

I wonder too if titles repeat as they put out so many so tracking may just be it.

Thanks Leea. I can't get it out of my mind right now - his screams and begging for it to be done. I think I am finally reacting to it. I kept thinking about how Claire did these procedures in outlander without meds - it was still hard and scary with meds.

How is Hunting Ground progressing?
I have had 2 margaritas - my husband poured without me asking. I guess he thought I needed it. And I am much more appreciating BDB, I think I was just tired. ;) although I am still not that interested in the dialogue of the BoB even though I like and appreciate the storyline.

Well, i've only read for like 10 minutes earlier and then fell asleep. lol! I've been so tired. Hunting Ground (view spoiler) It's not grabbing me, not sure why. I can't stop thinking about Lover Reborn.
We're about to head to our favorite mexican joint and i'm not driving... they have these huge margaritas and i'm going to have 2 :)

I also finished How to Be a Villain: Evil Laughs, Secret Lairs, Master Plans, and More!!! which I enjoyed very much.
Now I'll continue listening to

The Bad Day series covers are so funny! Might have to give those a try, they look funny.
D. G. I have Pandemonium but I can't bring myself to read it. Does it end in a cliff hanger?
Wendy, we going to read The Defiant Hero next? Or you want to wait?
