No one does witty banter like Heyer, and Oliver and Annis from a Lady of Quality have such great dialogue...I wish I could have such fiery, articulate exchanges with someone!

Updates?? I started the book yesterday morning & read nearly half of it before I went to bed. I am absolutely LOVING IT!!!! :D I haven't done much reading today, but I believe I'll finish it today or tomorrow. :)
I'm really looking forward to the letter-writing lesson... I hear it's fabulous! ;D

I'm re-reading my own novel "Chasing Shadows" (under my pen name Ashley Townsend). Haha. I know, I know, but I got so excited to see it come in the mail that I couldn't resist. Plus, it's exactly the kind of genre I like! ;-) Fantasy, romance, handsome blacksmiths and Spaniards, 12th century, and time travel--yep, my kind of book.

Nicole, Karen Witemeyer is one of my favourite authors! She writes such amazing stories!!
