That looks good, Alice! Thanks for the recommendation.
That looks good, Alice! Thanks for the recommendation. For fiction, I'm sort of in-between books right now...finished two in one day and haven't had time to begin another...but I am reading "A Shepherd Looks at Psalm 23" by Phillip Keller for Core group this summer (a Bible study/accountability/fellowship group for work). It's really a good book so far!

"Ooo, that one sounds interesting! I'll be curious to hear what you think.
Beth - It's a very interesting read. It kind of has this creepy macabre vibe. But I'm enjoying it so far.

     The Whisper
      The Whisper by Carla Neggers
starts in Kenmare--one of my favorite places in Ireland.
Question: how do I add the picture of the book to my comments?
Michael, above the comment box where you type, you'll see "add book/author." click on that to do a search for the book, then pick the book once the results come up. You can do the cover of the book or just the title.

I found these instructions on Goodreads Help.
I found these instructions on Goodreads Help.If you're trying to add a book cover image, the easiest way to do so is:
1. Navigate to the discussion thread in which you would like the post to appear.
2. Scroll down until you see the text field that appears below all of the comments.
3. Click the beige "add book/author" link that appears on top of the text field.
4. A window will pop up. Make sure that you select the radio button for "cover" at the bottom of the window, then search for the book in question.
5. As soon as you find it, click "add". The cover image should automatically appear when you publish your comment.
