and if you like Fantasy and mythical/mystical creatures you may like the Fablehaven series by Brandon Mull - also very good!!

I'm actually on the final book of the Fablehaven series now for the 2nd time, only this time I'm reading it aloud to the family and they're loving it too! I am finding that I like it even more this 2nd time around, I think because I'm reading it out loud - it's definitely a good "read aloud" book :-)

Now I'm a few chapters into

BIG book -- finished part 1 -- 3 more parts to go. Great beginning!!
Freezing cold here -- anyone else in negative numbers?!

nope....We're in the 60s-70s every day right now. Not very wintry, but nice all the same :]

It is a nightmare trying to deside what book to read next.

Thanks I am not that far but I have already been laughing and grinning like crazy.I love Georgette Heyer.I am enjoying the small village setting.I have lived most of my childhood in a small town and a small island town.
It was hard picking which book to read.It was between 5 different Heyer's,Edenbrooke, and a Zebra Regency Romance.

You MUST read Edenbrooke!! It's wonderful!"
It was a book club that specialized in regency romance novels. It doesn't run anymore it stopped in 2005.I heard that these are usually clean or cleaner then other current regency romance.I found one for 2 dollars and desided to check it out.

I have only heard good things bout Edenbrooke. But I haven't read any non-Heyer Regency so I hope I'm not disappointed. It hard when your intro into the genre is the queens of it Jane Austen and Georgette Heyer.
I don't think you will be disappointed - I only have good things to say about it! I hope your not disappointed!

ooohh! How is that one??"
Just finished it last night. It was a really good book. Definitely worth reading in my opinion. I really don't know what to say about it at the moment without giving stuff away, but it was good.
Pride and Prejudice for a celebratory bicentenary group read and Duel of Hearts by Diane Farr :)

I'm now reading this...it's creepy but really interesting."
Steph - I LOVED that book!!! I wish he'd hurry up with the next one already lol. I've given up hope that he's ever going to finish it.

Last night, I started

What a beautiful cover. Sometimes I chose books only by their cover. This will be such a book. Do you like it?

Nelleke, the cover is a big part of my choosing a book as well. I did like When Autumn Leaves. I can see where it wouldn't be for everyone, it just depends on if you like magical stories because this one is nothing but magic. It's very good though, it seems a bit disjointed when you're reading it but things are tied together in the end.

I enjoyed Night Circus. A little different than expected, but still a good book (in my opinion).

That's a good one, Salyna! I loved it! ;D
