Not that I'm aware of. The way it worked for you is the way it's always worked for me. It creates a new, separate entry; and I have to go back and combine them.

Thanks rivka and Tntexas! I have a few more Kindle editions to add, so it sounds like the best thing for me to do is work my way up to Librarian status and then combine them myself :)

If you know the audiobook's run time, rounded to the nearest hour, GR convention is to add this in the page number spot for audiobooks. (I found it for the two you posted.) If you have publisher info, that's good to include as well.
