I'm so glad you liked it! That was my first Linda Howard book and I have a real soft spot for it. There were so many funny parts, I just loved it!

Thanks for recommending this book.

Leslie, I am so glad you enjoyed Firelight! I loved that one too.

It was great - my favorite genre - historical paranormal!! Combines my two loves. Now I can't wait to read the next one.

Have you read the other books in the series? They are as yummy as the covers!! (And that is saying a lot!)

I agree completely, Dee! That was my biggest complaint about an otherwise really good book in a great series. Every time I read Kiddo I immediately thought of a child, and it creeped me out a bit!

Yes, I've read the first one as well and just downloaded the 3rd one. The covers are amazing, as well as the scenes in the bedroom (or shower or kitchen or living room LOL). I told Hubs he was missing out while I read this since he's out of town ;)

LOL!! My hubby works out of town, he misses out a lot! I loved the third one - the hero is amazing!

Mine misses out LOTS too LOL. He's only here about 1 or 2 nights a month.
You're making me want to read the next one in this series right now. I may get to it sooner than I expected!

I'm glad you liked it! I've got the first in the series sitting on my bookshelf just waiting for me to pick him..I mean it up.

It's nice, quick sci-fi read."
I'm really glad to hear you enjoyed your picks!!

Anyway, I'm really glad you enjoyed your picks this month. I'll be sure to get to DoSaB soon.

:-)

I just wanted to let you know that I am still plugging through "Ghost Stories"!! I'm going to try and read a lot the next couple of days so I can finish it before the month is over. I usually read his books fairly quick, but I'm having a bit of trouble with this story. I do want to finish it though!

A few reminders to make my updates easier. :)
If you are updating a running post of all books you read, please clearly note the ones you already posted about and the new ones. It may amaze you, but I really can't remember every book read by everybody and I don't want to double count books. :)
For a book to count as 'read', you must have read them. DNFs don't count so please don't add it as a book completed.
Do not go back and edit past posts. I do not check them.
