Be aware of the tediously long pages and paragraphs of fish descriptions though. I just skimmed past them and didn't feel like I missed a thing. ;)

How are you guys enjoying your books? Are you on track with your challenges, or are you falling behind too?

Good for you!! I had a list too. It's sticking to it that's becoming a problem... xP

The fact that I'm so relieved to have finished this book really should make me decrease it's rating to 2 stars. haha.
A review is in my personal goal thread.
2/10 completed

I know right! haha. Stupid life, can't it see I'm trying to read!!! >:{

A schedule huh? Like an order for them or a set time to read each book everyday?

that should be a bumper sticker!!"
haha. amen!

that should be a bumper sticker!!"
Agreed!
@Trevor: Like an order and when they should be started/done by, so many chapters/day of each.

Very cool idea.

My personal yearly goal of 52 books includes that half of those be books I already own, so 26 books, and for THAT goal I'm on track. For the full year's goal, though, I'm running 3 books behind. I guess that's okay though because I currently have 3 books in progress, so all is well. ROFL!

Thanks for your help.

Thanks for your help."
As Tatum said, it is never too late! I'll put you up for 2 books for now, but if you want to adjust that goal just let me know. :D

I agree Andrea. I had too many expectations for that book, and it didn't reach it. Still, it wasn't a complete waste. I did enjoy some of it.

Finished
Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar.Children and give it 3 stars. It starts off strong but I found myself skimming most of the end. I think it could have ended a few chapters sooner than it did. It just kept going and going.
Starting for Mockingjay, my #3 book in this challenge! So excited for this one!!

For category 7: goal!!!: character reaching goals - MWF Seeking BFF: My Yearlong Search For A New Best Friend by Rachel Bertsche | Rating: 5 stars
It was awesome. Review in my personal thread.
On to my next book. Game for the basketball category. It should be a nice, refreshing, easy YA read. I'm looking forward to it, even though I have no idea what it's about!

I've just finished my fourth for this challenge.
For the choke hold category (someone murdered by strangulation) I read 4:50 From Paddington by Agatha Christie. Rating: 5 stars
It was a perfect shock. I won't say anything more, for fear of spoilers, but it definitely did NOT go the way I thought it would!
