Hmmp!
Angus, ay sige, basta screenplay, gura ako. Kasi madaling basahin :) What are friends for if they don't share their books? So, to make me happy (because I am a friend to you too), you have to read my books, right?Intiendes? [kung maka-demand, wagas!]
Maria, totoo yan!
Kwesi: DUH!
May malaking negotiation, contract signing. Ewan ko kung pupunta sa Saturday.
Tama.
Example: what's your opinion on study guides? Or how important are children's books? Etc. At least may pagtatalunan na. :D
Angus, sige nga! Gusto ko yong nakakalibang. Boring ang mga threads lately. :) Parang very academic. There is nothing wrong with it really. Stimulating naman. Kaso, hindi ako enjoy. Ako na magulo't madaldal at makulit. :)
Actually, naclick ko siya nung isang araw. Sulput kasi ng sulpot sa notifications. Hayun. Hmm.

Sobrang tawa ko dito!
Banal daw! Echoz ng bongga!!! :D
Chami: parang ang hirap makausad sa TBR list lately, noh? hay. heheLouize: c KD pa, e salbahe yan. wahaha
Angus wrote: "Chami: Buti nga natuto na akong magbasa ng more than one book a day eh!"ikr! Papunta sa office, i read The Maze Runner via Kindle. Pauwi sa bahay, i read The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest via paperback. :)

Nahirapan kasi akong i-describe yong mga nasa "Mere Christianity" so for lack of better term, "banal" na lang. :)
Ako rin gusto ko mag-update:1. Mere Christianity - p.100? Haha I'm so, so, so late!
2. Deadline - p. 60ish. Reread to so madali lang, pero taking it slow kasi buddy read.
3. A Game of Thrones - starting next week!
4. The Fellowship of the Ring - kelangan humanap ng copy soon. :D
5. Daughter of the Forest - dunno if I'll have time for this, but I will try.
6. Blackout - right after Deadline
7. Bayou Moon - bahala na kung aabot. Haha.
Dapat for May lang lahat yan. Pero dahil ang bagal ko magbasa ever, I will probably just extend all these books to June. :D

2) Human Comedy - 501 children's book - 50% done
3) Cause for Alarm - 1001 book - 80% done
4) The Fellowship of the Ring - TFG 100 reread - 10% pa lang
5) Guide to the Lord of the Ring - cheat book - 20% done
6) The Memoirs of Sherlock Holmes - trip lang - 30% done
7) Against the Day - 1001 book - 1% done
8) Madame Bovary - 1001 book - 90% done

For the remaining days of May... 1. Fifty Shades Darker, chapter 9.
2. Fifty Shades Freed.
3. A Game of Thrones, starting on Monday.
4. The Fellowship of the Ring, hopefully on Sunday.
5. Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief
I need to organize my reading list for the month of June...
Parang taste test ba.Chami: Baka gusto mo na ring mag-audio book while eating lunch?
Tina: Anong fluffy books? Light reads? Or lofty reads? (Naiimagine ko kasi ang fluffy clouds, haha!)
Chami, actually naka-audiobook ako while working. Ha! addict kung addict. :)Pag lunch kasi, nagbabasa ako for 1 hour. keber kung may makakita. lunch break ko to! LOL
Challenge yourself and time will come kayang-kaya mo na ang sabay-sabay. :)

I would like to read a good book written by a Filipino writer that doesn't cost too much, preferably an ebook. Angus or Charles (sorry not to remember) recommended Empire of Memory but the darned thing costs $70 even when used. There is another book with nearly the same title but it is about Charlemagne.
The Indolence of Filipino by Jose Rizal, An Eagle Flight A Filipino Novel Adapted from Noli Me Tangere by Jose Rizal, Mabini's Decalogue for Filipinos by Apolinario Mabini are free on Kindle /Amazon. While, Man Overboard, essays by Butch Dalisay is $3.39. Fairy Tale Fail by Mina Esguerra is $.99.
Thank you, Angel. Those names opened some possibilities on amazon so I trolled and poked into a few titles and am awaiting two (used print copies): Hagedorn's Dogeaters and Santos's Scent of Green Apples. I remember having read Woman who had two navels ages ago. Great book.
