You can search the supernatural shelf on a specific book's shelf. As far as I know, you can't search the shelf. That should work for you, right?
Midu, Steph has a whole thread for that, I've linked it for you :)How to find a Specific Book on a Shelf
Hey Vi... Dumb question of the day. Do we want to be divining as in divination and reading or diving as swimming? I think our electronic devices are trying to auto correct our words.
Lis... I didn't even look properly at the name. Damn it! And you are right - my device does seem to come up with Diving for Divining. LMAO!! Diving can also be thought as Diving into books. But, it's Divining, I guess. I'll ask somebody to change for us. :)
Look what I found:
hey, I am in the middle of silver borne. It was going to be my free space read but now I can not find it anywhere on the group shelf so I am going to finish it and find another one:/
Jennifer, Silver Borne is on the Group Bookshelf under the following tags - fantasy, vampire, were-shifter, read, urban-fantasy. So it is fine to use ;)
And if you sort by author (A-Z) and change the "per page" to 200, it would be on the second page. ;-)
Yeah, Jennifer! You get to keep on reading... :) After I decided to keep in the series I read for this week, discovered I picked a "chunker" for my free shelf. At least we know it qualifies since its 480 pages. Glad we have a few more weeks before we have to worry about anyones stamps lining up for Bingo.
CONGRATULATIONS, Five Divining Divas! You now have an updated BINGO card with a stamp on 'supernatural'.
[Your updated BINGO card can be viewed on page 1]
Good Job!! :D
Finished- Silver Borne by Patricia BriggsDate- 2/9/2012
Rating- Five stars
Review- This book was not what I expected, but it was great. Silver Borne focuses more on Sam than the other books which I loved. It was nice to see him other than just Mercys roommate. Even though there is tons of turmoil over Mercy being in the pack, Adam and Mercys relationship really evolves. If I could change one thing, I would have made Stefan make an appearance. Other than that, this is probably my favorite of the series.
I love that cover too - though I love most of the other covers too :)Jennifer, you're making me want to pick up the next book now.
It's a great series... I'm glad your enjoying it too, they just keep getting better. I'm currently revisiting Silver Borne on audio and plan on River Marked again before jumping back to Kim Harrison's Hallows to get ready for A Perfect Blood?...Almost halfway thru my free shelf read, trying to wrap up by this weekend.

I'm giving this a very positive three stars instead of four solely based on personal preferences rather than the story itself.
The writing was wonderful with a well thought out world. I especially liked that the characters, both main and supporting, acted the way a real person would when they all interact. People aren't spilling their guts in awkward ways for the sole purpose of giving the reader information. Instead, conversations sound natural with the flow of information relative to how long the characters have known each other and whether they are friendly or not.
As for why I was personally slightly dissatisfied, I like steam in my vampire books and while there was so much tease... there was no delivery. I'm hopeful that there will be something in the next books that will step the steam up a notch. There should be because I do understand WHY there wasn't much in the book since it's rather understandably explained and the conclusion of the series should naturally knock out at least ONE of the reasons.
WTG Divas! Now I just need to patiently wait for the next shelf to be called.... Oh what to read between now and then ;)
So its time to start preshelf announcement pacing... (or for me cleaning) Compared to last week it should happen in the next 7-8 hrs or soonerish.
I'm going off to bed in a hour or two - actually I'm going now but I'll be doing some bedtime reading for an hour or two. By the time I get up, the shelf announcement would have happened. Best timing :P Can't wait for tomorrow morning ;)
Good one ladies, listening to RIVER MARKED now and it's one of my favs of the series, it should be a faster read.
Thanks for posting the shelf-annoucement, Lis! Unexpected shelf, though! I'll come back with my possible choices.
Hahaha - I had 5 books shortlisted for this shelf and then I saw that my next planned read -
is on the shelf even though it's not PNR/UF. Yay! (I checked the rules - non-PNR/UF are not preferred but can be read. Whew!!)
Update: We are one book away from the Freespace stamp!!
