It's wishful thinking with star alignments. There are some people that totally believe it but I think that it's a whole lot more than "you'll make a new friend" to it, where it's super complicated and they take all kinds of things into account. It's been around for 1000s of years, so who am I to say anything. I just know the ones in "Cosmopolitan" magazine are a bunch of hooey. Astrology is too complicated for me but whatever floats your boat. :)
