Actually, picking from a list is the whole purpose. "The picker will choose a book for the pickee from their to read list (TBR)." (From post 1 of this thread.)

Yes, I agree. It's pretty fun to have someone else pick the book for me because I usually have a hard time choosing what book to read next lol.

I believe your partner just chooses yours. You have to choose for another person. Go to page 1, in the second comment of the topic, look for your name as in:

"Maddison picks for _________"
