Thank you so much Karl - as each sale happens I get more and more startled and as each review comes in I have to try harder and harder not to well up. Have faith in yourself mate - things work out for good people and you seem like a good people to me! Keep on keeping on!!

If you feel the work is good mate then it is good. No question. And 'Bollocks to the Naysayers' is definitely a title you should use one day!!
I wake up every morning thinking that will be the end of it all, but people keep buying it! Like Christmas every day in this house (although I think I'm driving my wife a little mad!!)
Ignite wrote: "You'll adore it Fiona - I don't know anyone who didn't!"I'm actually looking forward to readin it chick x

That's the 1 I have started. Is that the 1st book or just a particular book to start with?
That is the latest one. I wrote my first, A Cleansing of Souls, when I was 22. I'm in the process of revising it (with Ignite's wonderful help!) and will be releasng the revised version in February!Thank you so much for taking an interest in my little endeavour!!
Blimey! I guess Tollesbury Time Forever is me now and A Cleansing of Souls was me twenty two years ago! Kath and Ignite have read both and seem to like them. My preference is obviously the latest one but I must say re-reading A Cleansing of Souls I am beginning to fall in love with it again!I'd love to know what you make of Tollesbury Time Forever - hope you enjoy it!!
Just had my first ever taste of unpleasantness on the Amazon.co.uk forum! Makes you realise how lovely everyone here is!
got basically accused of getting all my friends and family to fabricate all the reviews for Tollesbury Time Forever!
Made the mistake of replying and got the post deleted by amazon as the bloke claimed it was self-promotion!
I did Fiona - then I deleted my others - very weird feeling to experience something like that when you've written a book about love and forgiveness! Perhaps I should recommend he reads it....on second thoughts!
lol. I wouldn't fret about it Stuart. I got a private email ( how they got hold of my address I've no idea) off a person who didn't like my answer on Yahoo answers. I could have reported it, or emailed her back, but I just deleted it and then got on with things.
Thanks Karl! Amazon removed one and I removed another! I feel the same as when I got chased home from the pub one night by a gang of nutters when I was sixteen!
Hi Stuart, hope you didn't mind me interfering there, it gets out of hand sometimes, well lots of times really, best sticking to M.O.A and here. much nicer
Thank you Lynne! I really appreciate it. It's a weird old world isn't? Just a case giving love and forgiving bitterness I guess.
Your welcome Stuart..dont let them bother you. Some right idiots on there now.
I agree, do not let them bother you. I gave up on reading any posts on amazon quite a while ago now when I joined an online bookclub (that started on amazon and then we decided to have our own website!) and there were lots of derogatory comments about that. Absolute tools!! Much nicer here xx
Nothing bothers me other than referees and linesman so I should be okay! Thank you though Emma!! xxPs 'tools' is a much underused expression!

Ha, I love the word Tool!!
I go there with the intention of winding them up by promoting KUF/GR authors.I get a bit upset if I have 100% yes votes, I think where's my non-fans voting me down :D
Hi Joo,They have been a huge disappointment tonight. The angry mob seem to have lost their voice. The penny might have dropped that many people have abandoned the forum for this group and kuf and when our members challenge one of their bully threads we can reverse the no votes.
Perhaps I am allowing my optimism to get the better of me :)
Thank you so much for your support Simon. I guess I have been spoiled by Goodreads and wasn't at all aware what I was walking into.Thank you again,
Stu
Stu, if you want to say anything about your book in the kindle forum over there, you need to use a spokesfan ;p
That's really kind of you Gingerlily - I'm a humble soul though to be honest. I've written a book that people seem to like and any more than that is all a bit confusing to me (as tonight has evidenced!) What will be will be I guess. Weird old life isn't it? Weird but beautiful.
