We all know the game that Roger and Bri play in several books in the series, so here it is with a challenge twist

Duration: January 1 - December 31, 2012

Goal: Imagine you are playing the ministers cat with Brianna and Roger...read a book with a word in the title that you could use when it is your turn while playing the game.

The book title should make sense when used in the sentence, The Ministers Cat is a ....... cat

For example: The ministers cat is an
A - Attack cat - Attack of the Fiend

For the letters Q, X, Y and Z...the letter needs to appear somewhere in the title.

You don't have to read the books in order, if you don't want, but for an extra challenge try it out.

I am impressed with these lists! For you all that are up to this challenge do you also plan doing the outlander group rereads? Where do you find the time to read all of this? Right now there are a lot of books that I am interested in reading ( along with the outlander rereads) and do not want to be restrained by titles. Maybe at some point I will be up to a challenge like this. Happy reading!

LOL, I do a majority of the rereads. I have buddy reads and group reads in other groups too. The nice thing about this challenge is that it's over a year.

And challenges like these are easiest when you don't make a list, as you read a book you stick it in the challenge. I learned this last year when I did a year challenge of 52 books and I tried to preplan the books I read, but my reading choices are too spontaneous for that.

Diane, I usually read two or three books at a time so I don't think I will have any trouble reading these books and doing the re-read. In fact I just changed one of my books because I read it too soon. I love to read and it keeps my mind busy. At my age that is a big plus. hehe.

Why in the heck are my books not lining up right but others are?

Did GR do something to make the bookcovers line up weird, taking up all that space? Because they've been like that for awhile now. Except, Barbara's is working right...hmmm, what did she do to fix it?

I'm struggling with X, z and Q. Even books with those letters in the title are rare.

I've been updating as I go :)
For X, just look for any title that has "Sex" in it. :) Q there are A LOT of "queen" books. I have my own library filled with them if you need some ideas.

I definitely have some catching up to still do before the end of the summer. And Morag, I am definitely also trying to find some other books to fit this. I love it!!

Ah Diane!!!! you just simply have to jump in!!! join the rest of us in the madness!!! :) I ma doing a whole bunch of challenges(and I am using some books in more than one challenge) but I also am reading more than 1 book at a time...
