Almost what I'd found. Classic Ruskin Bond Complete and Unabridged, The Night Train at Deoli and other Stories, When Darkness falls and Other Stories, Time Stops at Shamli and other Stories, The rupa laughter omnibus, The Best of Ruskin Bond, Rusty runs away.
I'm afraid I am still low in number but I like what I read.

Hello Dani. I'm also an elementary school teacher but in India. I'm afraid I haven't ever heard about the writers you've mentioned but I'm much interested in some recommendations if you may please about books regarding of education for children. I'm sorry for asking your favor but I really welcome if you do so.

Hi Daniella. I know your full name as I am a member of your blog. I must say that your blog rox!!! Seriously, I have many blogs on my list, but I just love reading your posts. It lightens me, specially when Im really tensed.

My apology but I've no idea about 'potpurri'. Would you please tell me about of it. Well poetry seems little hard for me to get on but I sometime write some and they become rather scribble than poetic. I've read Gitanjali by Rabindra Nath Tagore and I really like that.

Gitanjali... I will not be able to understand at this age and I think classics are too much for me, as I like action packed books. Nevertheless, I will read it when I grow up and see if I liked it then or not.

Oh Thanks for making me familiar to Potpurri. By the way have you gone through Amish Tripathi's The immortals of meluha and The secret of the Nagas? These are packed with action, fiction and mythological socks.

I believe "YA" books are for everyone! My genres depend on my mood, but anything with action and adventure + a little mystery is good for me :)

I just started reading Daughter of Smoke and Bone! :)

My name is Chad...
I play the Piano, the ukulele, the violin, and some guitar, and...I like to read books!

What age of kids do you teach?
As for the books, right now the Lux series is my favorite. Its about aliens technically, but it is so well done. Pretty much a paranormal romance. Covenant is by the same author, but that is about kids who are decedents from the greek gods.
Premonition is a series about Angels.
And The Hunger Games is a dystopian story about kids meant to fight to the death as "punishment" for a rebellion that happened 74 years ago.

I loved that series!!!!
I was so mad when I heard they were only continuing it in comics!
I'M SOOOO MAD!

Chad, you play ukulele and piano? Me too! And I just finished watching the show Heroes and wanted a new series to watch. I think I'll give Jericho a shot.

You're reading that book! i love that book haha i finished the third book and im gunna read the fourth one in October when it comes out but yeahhh, she's a pretty good writer but i felt she got better throughout the series! haha sorry about this comment you wrote i like forever ago but i haven't meet someone who's read it!

I teach from 8 to 13 years old kids. As for books I'll try to find them and read.

Is it a good book? I thought it sounded like a good one and I'm dying to read it...but it's never in the library.

It is absolutely amazing. Beautifully written and such a brilliant story. One of those stories that you wish you could be a part of and continue forever! I recommend it to everyone who's looking for a new book to read. I hope you can find it soon! :)

Eoin Colfer (Artemis Fowl, Airman, The Supernaturalist)
J.K. Rowling
Christopher Paolini (Eragon, Eldest, Brisingr and Inheritance)
Michelle Paver (Wolf Brother etc.)
Any YA by Eva Ibbotsen
Wildwood Dancing by Juliet Marillier
The Mortal Instruments and Dark Artifices by Cassandra Clare
Anything by Rick Riodarn
Noel Streatfeild (Ballet Shoes, A Vicarage Family, etc.)
Gregory Maguire (Wicked, Mirror Mirror, Son of a Witch, etc.)
I've gone on for quite a while so I'll stop, these are just some of my favourite books :)

Awesome! I teach 5th grade, which means my kids are around 10 to 12 years old. A good age.

Haha did you figure that out from my picture? Yes, I love Jericho. Really good series. It's too bad they couldn't get a good audience for the show.

Glad to know ya...
