Cat glared at her. "when i said nothing, i meant it. absoulutly nothing is going on. no ones moving, talking, or anything. just dreaming."

"What do you mean?" She asked worried.

"theyre asleep!" Cat said, exasperated.

"All of the?!" She was getting scared. "Why?"

"because how else am i going to get out of here?" Cat snapped. "im the lady of this castle, since my adopted mother died. Father would never agree to letting me leave. and dont worry, they will wake up when we are far enough away for them not to be able to stop us."

Maralune looked around warily. "Ok But promise me that u will put them all back the way they were when we leave."

"no problem. now lets go."

Erica looked around one more time and then walked back to the room she shared with cat. She rummaged for a while until she found everything she needed. "We will need provisions and supplies."Erica said

[Maralune]

((he comes on or he doesnt. he usually takes a while between posts))

"of course" Cat replied. "should i go to the kitchen for food? i can show you where dads old hunting supplies are."

[Maralune]

"Ok. Do you have any horses because we would get their faster riding?" She looked around. "We also have to get Eragon. He promised he would come. Then we are going to find Inglades who will help us look for my brother." She walked with cat to the storeroom. She slung her pack off her shoulders and packed Rope, candles, parchment, firestones, a bottle of liquid medicine. She packed a few other odds and ends and then looked at cat. "Take only what you need. It will be a long journey and most of the space needs to be for food."

inglades sat at the cold fire. he was scouting, even as the commander of the solamnic military. well, not the entire military. but he was in charge of the recapture of waymeet, and was determined to see it through. he sat, not bothering to hold his heavy cloak tighter around his body, even in the mountains, with winter fast approaching. he held out a map of the mountains, poring over the wrinkled parchment. he was honestly considering leaving the dragon to its devices for now, and going to liberate waymeet. he was strongly considering it, and saw no true reason not to. he eventually laid down to sleep in the small hours of the morning, when his mind was too tired to plan properly. he fell asleep, despite the bitter cold and light snow falling in the mountains, thinking of the friends he would soon rejoin.

Cat nodded and raced out to the kitchen, carefully dodging the frozen servants. she packed enough provisions for a few days, and took only enough money to sustain them at the next big city.

[Maralune]

Erica found a nice sturdy pony in the stables that would support the bulk of their provisions. She was walking down the stables looking for a suitable horse for her. "which are you taking?" She asked cat.

[Rainheart]

"im taking my horse, Moonshadow" Cat replied, walking into a stall holding a grey and black dappled mare.

[Maralune]

"May I choose any of them?" asked erica?

[Rainheart]

"all but the huge black one in that first stall. thats my dads."

[Maralune]

Erica walked down the long line of horses. She stopped at a stall with a dapple grey mare. "I'll take her. " She said stroking the horses nose. "Does she have a name?"

[Rainheart]

"no. it was for one of the nobles, but you can have it. he doesnt need one. you can name it."

[Michael]

inglades rose early in the morning, holding his cloak tightly over his ornate breastplate. he ate a small amount of cold rations, sharpened his sword and polished his armor. he tested his bow, and remounted his horse. he started off into the wilderness.

[Maralune]

"She is beautiful." She whispered. "Her name shall be eira. Which means now in welsh" She proceeded to pack the bags onto eira saddle and walked the mare out of the stable. She grabbed food for her horse and she smiled. "i'm ready."

[Rainheart]

"alright. lets go." Cat spurred Moonshadow on.

[Maralune]

"We have to find eragon now!" erica said

[Rainheart]

"where in the world is he, anyway!" Cat growled.

[Maralune]

"Well I'm not sure and we can't exactly call him cause he is frozen. We shall have to look for him." Erica urged the hors onward and started to search the yards.

[Rainheart]

Cat looked through the castle, leaving her horse outside on the front lawn.

[Maralune]

Erica drpped off eira's back and walked throught hte narrow and low doorways to the courtyards. She spotted eragon. "Cat!" She yelled into the echoing land

"yea?" Cat called back from the castle doors.

[Maralune]

"I found him!"she called back

[Rainheart]

Ca jumped on her horse and was by her friends side in seconds. "where?"

[Maralune]

Erica pointed at his frozen figure ." I don't know if we should just take him with us and then wake everyone up when we are gone. If he doesn't want to come he could always return here. " Erica said

[Rainheart]

"i think we should just leave him" Cat said decisivly. "if he wants he can look for us, but waking him takes a lot of trouble and time we dont have."

[Maralune]

Erica looked resentfully at eragon. "Fine I don't like but we must leave. " She scribbled a not on a piece of parchment and stuck it in eragon's pocket.
The note read.

Dear Eragon,
Cat and I are journeying to save my brother. I would like your help more than anything and I desire your company. If you want to meet us we will be travelling along the Jeet river. Could you please tell inglades that I need his help.

"alright. lets go. but where do we start?"

[Maralune]

"We will follow the river until we reach merriedock. Then I will try to track him. in the woods."

[Michael]

(can anyone explain what just happened?) inglades' armor scraped painfully against his side, and his face ached form a new scratch from a thorny tree. he was low on food, and was approaching the outskirts of waymeet.

[Maralune]

((Cat put a spell on all of the people in the castle so that she and erica could escape without anyone noticing. Erica left eragon a note asking for his help and asking if he would get inglades's help as well. They are headed up the river to help save her brother))
