Suddenly, the phoenix disappeared, and reappeared next to the eagle, catching it.

Evangeline laughed at the trick, and turned to face Spirios. "Well done!" she exclaimed. She conjured her unicorn patronus again and sent it galloping upwards to circle around the phoenix in a victory dance.
Spirios grinned. "Don't you remember that phoenixes can disappear and reappear wherever they want?" Even if my patronus doesn't dissappear, it can go really fast!"
Evangeline nodded with a sarcastic pretense as glumness. "I suppose I should have remembered that," she said to Spirios, then grinned.
Suddenly, Spirios's patronus sped up, and shot around the room, leaving a trail of fire in its wake.
Evangeline sighed and sat back in her chair contentedly, tossing her brown hair back over her shoulder and watching the beautiful patronuses chase each other around the room. She noticed a boy come in, distractedly noticing that he was quite good looking.
Evangeline looked over at the boy, turning away from the patronuses. He looked a bit lost, so she waved at him to come over, once again tossing her hair behind her back.
Adrien saw a random girl waiving him to come over and he did so reluctantly sitting next to her..."Um, yeah?"
"Hi," Evangeline said, smiling shyly. "Um... I just thought you'd like to know what we were doing. We're practicing casting Patronuses. What's your name?"
Spirios had an idea. She conjured up some flame, and threw it at her patronus. Her patronus sped up instantly, going even faster.
"Um, Adrien, and this class does not want to see my Patronus...trust me..." adrien smirks charmingly...It is alot worse than the otehr me...he thought to himself
jennifer had an idea so her protronus would go faster then the phionix and win in a fight against it so she set a big jet of water at her eagle and it caught up with the phionix and this time it won jennifer smiled

"Adrien we are all unic in one way or another so don't be embaressed about it I was worried when I came no one would like me but now I have a lot of friends" Jennifer said trying to encorage him to try it
Evangeline grinned at Jennifer. "Eavesdropping, are we?" she asked, but laughing, so Jennifer would know she wasn't insulted. She hoped Adrian wasn't.
Adrien smirks..."I am not embarrassed it is just violent...If you wanna see it..." He points his wand to the air..."Expecto Patronum!" A gigantic Hydra slythered from his wand filling most of the room from and other patronus's not able to move...He quickly makes it vanish..."See..."
Evangeline shrugged. "It's not that bad," she said to Adrien. "It's kind of cool actually. What's your favorite class?" she asked Adrien.
Adrien smirks..."Dark arts...I mean defense against darka rts...and Divinations...and I am growing fond of Transfigurations..."
Evangeline raised an eyebrow at his comment on the Dark Arts, but decided to let it pass. "I take it you are in Slytherin, then?" she asked.
"Accusation?" Evangeline replied, just a little icily. "Why would it be an accusation? Whether you are in Slytherin or not, it is not a problem. As Jennifer says, it was supposed to be a question, not an accusation. As to what caused it," she continued, "I would say it was your rather, um, impressive Patronus, among other things." She smiled slightly at him, to take the edge off her words.
Evangeline shrugged, and felt a little bit uncomfortable. She wasn't sure what else to say, so she cast her Patronus again and made it stand on it's hind legs on one of the empty desks.
Evangeline turned to him icily, her eyes narrowing as her Patronus disappeared in a wisp of white smoke. "What?" she hissed.
Adrien smirks..."Nothing...just odd the we are fooling around in Charms class playing with patronus'."
Jacob wrote: "Adrien smirks..."Nothing...just odd the we are fooling around in Charms class playing with patronus'.""Evangeline raised an eyebrow. "I wouldn't exactly call it fooling around. To cast a Patronus, you have to be happy, no? So perhaps playing would be a better word. In any case," she said, smiling coldly. "Either way, sarcastic comments do not help."
"It's a thought..." Evangeline said slowly. "Well, what else would you suggest practicing in Charms class?" she asked, privately thinking this boy rolled his eyes rather a lot. She was getting a little tired of it.
Adrien looks at her like she were mental..."Well, in my opinon Charms class is a pointless load of wand waving crock...We should replace it with an actual Dark Arts Class...."
Evangeline narrowed her eyes at his look. "Well, what are you doing here then?" she shot back at him, her posture challenging. "And, well, in my opinion, the Dark Arts can be useful to learn and study, in some cases, without actually using them. But I fully understand why we do not have Dark Arts lessons - to keep temptation away from those people who would use them to their own advantage - people, like you, I suspect." Evangeline squared her shoulders, and wondered if he would take this as an insult. More likely he would be proud of the implication.
Adrien glares..."My uncle is far greater a wizard than you could ever hope anyone in your family to ever be. He did not once claim to follow in the path of the dark arts and probably invinted half of the spells dark wizards use today! I am very proud to be his nephew given that should Hogwarts ever have a Dark Arts class, I kow that I will fight for the right side just as my uncle Severus."
"And you should be proud," Evangeline replied. "Professor Snape is exactly the kind of person I was talking about, in the first case - one that would study them without using them to his own advantage. He is surely a brilliant wizard. If indeed you do follow in his footsteps, then I sincerely apologize for misjudging you - though I do not appreciate your insult to my own family." Evangeline took a deep breath. "However, though neither you nor your uncle would use the Dark Arts to their advantage, all I am saying is that there are some within Hogwarts who undoubtedly would." She thought for a moment. "Would you approve of an extra-curricular Dark Arts class, only for those who had been approved by the Headmaster?" Evangeline asked. She was trying to make some sort of reconciliation now, feeling quite bad for having so seriously misjudged him - even if he had been a little rude.
Adrien frowns..."Um, sorry...about the whole comment...But actually yes...students should apply and a Dark arts class should be made available..."
Evangeline smiled genuinely at him for the first time. "That's all right," she said. "Well, perhaps you should put the idea to the Headmaster? I think even I would be interested in joining..." she decided to change the subject. "Is Professor Snape really your uncle? What's he like, you know, as family? If you don't mind my asking," she said hurriedly.
Adrien laughs a bit..."To be honest...he is exactly the same..." Adrien stands grabbing his books..."I actually do believe I will introduce myself to the Headmaster propperly." He moves back toward the door...not the the tiny professor would notice him wlaking out.
Evangeline laughed along with Adrien. "Oh, all right. Goodbye then - and good luck!" she said as he walked out.((Maybe you really should suggest a Dark Arts class that a character has to pass a test or something to get into to one of the Head Mods - it's quite an interesting idea!))
