Ahhhh, now I really can't wait!! But I'm so happy to hear you liked it! I'm always nervous about last books, especially because I absolutely loved the first two. I'm not sure I'm ready for the feels, though!

I honestly liked the first one more than the second one but this one takes the cake. I loved it a lot and i think it was a pretty good ending to the series!

Holy moly. I finished Angelfall like a minute ago and oh my god. I havent read anything like it. Its so simple yet captivating and it JUST WORKS.
I have to wait a few days to get World After, so I'll be reading "This is What Happy Looks Like" by Jennifer E. Smith in the meantime!

I am glad you liked it :) It is an ASTOUNDING book. It was the first Angel-related book that I liked and LOVED and then well past month has proved really lucky in angel books since I found Angelfall , Shadows and Daughter of Smoke and Bone

I have Dreams of Gods and Monsters and I am so excited to start it but there are so many things that have come up this week and it is a lengthy book so I am reading max 200 pages books this week. Probably will read DOGAM next week.

It is a book you need to take time to read, because you don't want to put it down again - which proved a real problem for me as I was trying to study for my exams x) Hope you enjoy it though!

Yeah, I cheated and watched the movies after I read the first five books. And then I felt really REALLY bad and got the other books I needed so I could read them all.

I am one of those people who read the books and saw the movies as they were released. I was 9 when I first started and the first 3 or 4 books were out by then and I read them all very quickly (so did my dad). My dad and I have also seen all of the movies together. I really want to re-read the series again at some point.

I totally forgot to tell you guys that I finished Allegiant last week. I forgot the tissues and almost cried on the train on the way home from class!!! I expected it to happen, and for that reason but that doesn't mean I have to like it.

I won't get a chance to read recreationally on the train this week, but I think I'm going to read TFIOS next. It sucks knowing what happens in that though. I really need to read a book/series with a happy ending,I think.

I have my last assignments due this week (Wednesday and Thursday) that I'm frantically trying to get done in time, but I'm giving myself almost a week off starting Friday as I'm in desperate need of a break. I want to read/finish TFIOS and Maze Runner in that time (at least). Plus, I really need to re-read Gameboard of the gods and the Bloodlines series.

it has Percy and Annabeth in it still, but new characters are introduced and it switches point of views. :D

oh god, yep yep yep. Tissues are an essential! yes, but what the thing is is Allegiant (view spoiler)[ was the one book where Tris finally understood the true meaning of sacrifice. In Divergent she tried to sacrifice herself, but it wasn't honorable, it was selfish and it was thinking only of herself in a way and how she was going to be so valiant etc. Then in Inusrgent, she has to mature, but still sacrificing herself for a loved one is so cliche and really, if you think about it, if you sacrifice yourself FOR someone, just 1 person, it's also kinda selfish and puts a whole lot of guilt and blame on the person you sacrificed yourself for. However, in Allegiant, she finally got to know the meaning of sacrifice, the implications and honour and if you notice, she doesn't go out all knowing that she's doing this for someone. It's actually really really deep and she finally accepts what true sacrifice means and she changes a nation. Also, she is such a crucial and poignant character that having her survive and walk out into the sunset would've just made the story really cliche and in my opinion, really unhonest. There are casualties in war and deceit and changing of sides and nothing is ever as black and white as candor say it is. Because she died, Tris is seen as a hero, but not stuck up or over dramatic, she was fighting for something she believed in, for other people and their beliefs too and I think her death was very honourable. And while it was very sad, I am actually glad that it ended that way and not with some airy lighthearted ending where they all live happily ever after. Because the series is trying to send a message, make a statement, and I think that does that very well. Also Peter's clean slate was very beautiful as well, for him to be so brave that he would choose to restart and try and become a better person. (hide spoiler)]

Really excited for The Immortal Crown. RM said it is going to have a huge cliffhanger! From her interview I think this book is going to be another Shadow Kiss. I'm both nervous and excited for the book!
