You flatter me. I am feeling particularly jaded about K'Barthan 2 which is done but... well... I'm just not sure it's very good, sigh. I think K'Barthan 1 is better, and yet I can't see what I could change about K'Barthan 2 to give it that wit and sparkle.

I probably need distance. Some time off reading other people's writing.

I'm fine. I was out getting food, and then playing a game for the last while. Funny, when I'm on holiday I have the leisure to do whatever I want so don't spend nearly as much time on the forum than when I 'm stuck at my desk all day trying to look busy. We may have lost our New Releases thread here on GR, but there's good news too. Amazon just sent me an email - Re]Awakenings is now buyable in paperback! Yay!

Big A orders them from the wholesalers as soon as they're bought by the Amazoo customer - saves on holding stock.

Yeah, electronic books are so much quicker and easier - but they don't feel as shiny and new, and you can't put them on your bookshelf and admire them ;-)
