Hello I just joined last night still figuring things out here so please bare with me. My name is Cassie I'm 32 married with 2 kids, and I love read a lot. It;s my break away from home lol. I pretty much read every genre. I look forward to discussing books with everyone, and just having fun.

Hi I am new here.. I am 67, retired and care for my husband of 44 yrs who is not well. I currently have my grown granddaughter and her two boys living with me. I am helping her care for them. They are 5 and 7. The 5 yr old is autistic. My hobbies are cooking genealogy, all types of needlework and of course my passion is reading. I have a book at my chair near the fireplace, 1 in the dining room 2 in my bedroom i on the side table in the LR and on my laptop I have 1 each each of kindle and nook apps. I am constantly reading. I have created a book shelf Romance Readers. There I will be placing my books for this group. I am in a few groups. I never rad a book for more than one group. This means by Dec 31 I should have my goal of 100 romance novels on that shelf marked read I am reading for an Austenesque group also but will not use any of the books I read there for this challenge. LOL what would be the challenge in that. I live in Cohoes NY 11 miles north of the capitol Albany. Thanks for having me here. This will be fun.

Thanks for the welcome Jane and greetings to Brisbane. My daughter was quite near (at Twin Waters) for the 4th term of 2012. She was so enthusiastic about Australia, the people there and even the college.
