That's a problem my friend had with a hard-core Christian in our school. She's the pastor's/preacher's/Raibi's (I don't fuckin know LOL) daughter and when she came out of the closet she walked up to her and was like, "Ohhhh, so you're like, bisexual?" And she was like all judge-y about it. Pissed me off and I wanted to erm, punch her. Like its cool that you're dedicated to a religion and stuff, I don't have the patience or the time and stuff to hav a religion but keep it to yourself. Other people don't have the same beliefs and if they don't, you don't need to preach them about it and say "OMG YOU'RE GOING TO HELL!!" It really irritates me when people do that because it's like theyre a bad person for not believing in what you believe in.
LOL done now. XD But Thera's not like that so I love her. :$

@Coolkid: Neat! I've got a friend who is a Jew, here on GR. I myself am Reformed Presbyterian, from birth. Well, Christian from birth. Presbyterian when I was three."
ooh who?

That's ridiculous, Kaylee! You're mother has no right to do that because you like both genders. You were born that at like anyone woul be born gay, lesbian, or straight. She'd have to deal with it if you told her.
Me: someone wanna rp
Jayli: anyone know how to bold?

Thera~ Rescuing you from sanity~ wrote: "Me: *Atheist."
Me: Huge thanks Thera. Was worried no one would notice.
Still Canada. But I have a (expensive) connection. So hi.
May have missed the discussion, but Kaylee: you remain awesome. My cousin is gay, I have no problems the least of which are religious concerns. if it makes you feel better, eating shellfish is just as bad as being gay in he "good book", and who doesn't like shrimp?
Not sure if I helped. Worried I didn't. Bottom line: I don't mind. You are still you. Ever need a shoulder to cry on or problems that you need advice on, I'm always here.
As long as we are bringing it up. Agnostic, leaning towards athiest.

Thank you. I really do appreciate it. It eans a lot to me... especially when I've only told a few people. One of my friends is really up againat it.. but she said she still loved me for who I am. I love her for that. And I love you too.
Sometimes I don't feel like I am a very good Catholic. We take surveys within our catholiic schools for the archdiocese and my answer to the last question everytime is NO. Do you beeive everything the church teaches? I feel guilty.. but should I reay be?
Me: I am not a good person to ask. At all. Like I said, agnostic athiest. I'm not going to discuss your choice in religion, because I don't want to try and convert you. My view on the subject: religions in its purest state is good for a wide number of purposes and not helpful in others. Religious people can be good and religious people can be bad. They are people, like everyone else. But religions should never be used to spread hate, because hate doesn't deserve to be spread and religions is really good at spreading beliefs. If anyone tells you that their deity doesn't love you, tell them to fuck off. If someone tells you your deity doesn't love you, consider the same but with a bit more thought on the many benefits and disadvantages of beliefs.

I'm not going to tell someone that they ought to f off if they don't share the same beliefs as I do. I'm not going to tell an Atheist that they're wrong because they don't believe in some sort of after life. I'm not going to tell someone that I won't pray for them when they're in trouble just because they're Buddhist. We're all people. We all make mistakes. We all have our own OPINIONS.
Opinions is what gets people killled. And that's my opinion.
Me: I wasn't suggesting that you insult someone because of their belief or lack thereof. I was suggesting to do it when they use their belief to insult you. That isn't okay. No matter what beliefs you share or don't with someone.

I got burried under shit, not just because I'm bisexual.... but because I did what YOU did. I got too close to someone and now I want to be romantically involved with her, but she just wants to be my friend and I'm over here dying.
Me: Quite literally: Shit. That sucks. I wish I could keep talking, but I have to run for now.
Just know this: you are awesome and funny and interesting and creative.
Bye!

I know and it's so frustrating! I had her all thought up in my head then I didn't touch my notebook for a while and now while I go to finish her I can't find the words to describe her in any way.
Me: lol that has happened to me SO many times.
Me: I can if ur still on. Where do you want me?
Me: ya both. I can do something else though.

Me: or maybe they can both want to go study and run into each in the library? (sry for some reason this doesnt pop up on my updates)
Me: ah. sry ive been gone so long creating new group
