Island Beneath the Sea just didn't quite make it for me. I liked most of the story and thought it was interesting about the revolution but I thought that she tended to be long winded in places.
I liked The Dead Travel Fast even though I am not much for the vampire books. This one was an interesting story line.

Enjoyed it. Felt it lacked a bit of background depth but I went to Wikipdeia to fill in some questions about the period.

I'm really enjoying it so far. I didn't know about the controversy. I'll need to look into that.

I'm working as an intern for Halban Publishers, and I'm currently reading a book recently published by them: The Reluctant Mullah by British-born Pakistani author Sagheer Afzal. It's a very interesting and entertaining book, and an impressive first novel.

- Ad antiche fonti. Voci dell'induismo attraverso il tempo (sorry, there is no English edition) and it is a book with anectodes from Hinduism, its religious books but also teachings from Guru.
- Die schönsten Erzählungen by Franz Kafka and it is a collection of his best stories.
