I wasn't a huge fan of Finnikin but I do plan to read Froi. Eventually.
I enjoyed Froi more than Finnikin, so hopefully Quintana will outshine Froi!! Everyone has been telling that each book gets better :)

Oh I love em both, bri bri, but they are very different! Night huntress is more paranormal romance, but with the same couple in each book. Bones is one of my most favorite heroes... although I did lose interest somewhere around book five. Dead Witch Walking, on the other hand, is fantastic urban fantasy that focuses on Rachel Morgan and she has several different relationships over the course of the series. It honestly took me three, maybe four, books in that series before I was really locked in and secure in the world and committed to seeing where the characters are going. But I look forward to the next book every single year and I have never been disappointed. That series is still going strong.
Hmmm I'll just get them both. I'm down to the last 5$ on my gift card and always try to hold out for something I want more but I never can resist a sale.
I hope you like them. The first Rachel Morgan book is the hardest for most people to get into, but I personally think it's worth it.
