Oh and that the move went well!
I enjoyed reading it - no, I don't think your hubby ought to read it Lorraine! ;0)

You get the story cuz you entered! Send Pat or Simon a message, Nosemanny.

Sorry Jud your IL were visiting at the wrong time for you.

The move was a nightmare, the vendors turned out to be really nasty people and did their best to make me hate the place.
I'll get my revenge in my next book! :-)

I am so grateful to come across this book, this series, and author.
Besides the fact that the action in this book (and all of her books) will seriously have you on the edge of your seat, besides the fact that the main characters are awesome....overall the author's just really good at writing.
The best thing about the book is the honesty of the characters. I mean, yes it's fiction. But sometimes even a great fictional book nervously stays away from how evil it's evil character is, or how vulnerable the heroine is under the circumstances. Her main character Lorne instead faces (especially after all she's been through) her fears and evil because in the core of this character's heart is what we all hope to do and be...someone who makes mistakes but ultimately does the right thing.
Comley's evil character The Unicorn is not for the faint of heart. Certainly the kind of person that makes you keep a light on at night. He's character is every bit as strong and stubborn and evil as Lorne is strong, stubborn, and good.
It is the kind of book where you think to yourself, 'oh no she didn't just have that happen.' But it's ok, trust this author and enjoy a roller-coaster of a ride.
