I liked Night of the Living Deed.

Stephanie Oh, one more!

Aunt Dimity's Death (An Aunt Dimity Mystery, #1) by Nancy Atherton Aunt Dimity's Death, which I really liked a lot. I found Dimity to be completely charming. Definitely want to read the next book.

I really like this series too. HBO did a miniseries and Jill Scott was a perfect choice for Precious I thought.

Marie (daffodilbookshelf) (daffodilbookshelf) | 17 comments I just finished Books Can Be Deceiving (Library Lover's Mystery, #1) by Jenn McKinlay . I think I like this series better than her cupcake series

Karen, you somehow deleted the end bracket after the string of numbers in the code -- that's why it did not post right. ;-)

Finished reading The Winter Widow, an older mystery by Charlene Weir Saturday afternoon. I read another in the series, A Cold Christmas, in December 2009 and liked it well enough that I have been keeping an eye out for others in the series.

message 3714: by Susie (new)

Susie Fevella (susieinks) | 821 comments Only managed to finish two books while I was on vacation.

A Parfait Murder and Death by the Dozen. I enjoyed them both, but didn't like Death by the Dozen quite as much as the first two books in the series.

message 3715: by Susan (new)

Susan Just finished Zombies of the Gene Pool for the A-Z Title Challenge. I gave it two stars as I thought it started out slowly and the plot involved a group of sci-fi writers. I've read another series by Sharyn McCrumb (can't recall the characters in it right now) and I'll stick with that series in the future.

message 3716: by Linda (new)

Linda Last night I finished reading You Better Knot Die (A Crochet Mystery, #5) by Betty Hechtman . Loved it! Thought it was probably the best in this delightful series.

message 3739: by Catherine (new)

Catherine (catjackson) Read Cat of the Centuryyesterday. I've been reading Rita Mae Brown's books for a long time and really like them, but they've become a bit formulaic. However, they're like family, comfortable, you know what to expect, and I love the characters.
