Who should Luce be with??

You guys of course the correct answer is Daniel because it's like how true love should be. You love eachother but something always has to get in the way to ruin it for you guys; that is what makes true love. To see if they are even worth the wait. And to see if theye are worth it is if they ,uhmmmmmm...... Daniel..... *nudge* willing to catch you and I can tell that Daniel is more than happy and prepared to catch Luce when she falls. He'll wait for her every single time till they can finally be together. *sniff* Who's with ME?!?!?!?!? Anyone?

I just have to see if the fourth book will be amazing! lol I have to know what will happen now that I invested my time into it. I thought the 1st & 3rd books were okay but not so much the 2nd. UMM... are you sure that Luce should be with Cam? I am not hating on you, but I was so surprised by your opinion Lindsey. But I am on Daniel's side. I think that the 2nd book wasn't that good because Daniel was barely in it.
No hating taken. :) Well, there are several reasons why I prefer Cam to Daniel or Miles... sorry this might be long. Miles: he's a sweet guy but I don't think he stands a chance in this triangle and never really did anyway. Here's why: (view spoiler)
Daniel: I think he is too overprotective, overbearing, and treats Luce like a child. Not to mention he's boring! Others have said this before but he really does act like her father not her lover. Luce really needs someone who can let her grow and be her own person. Right now, that is not Daniel. He couldn't even respect the distance treaty in Torment so that she could learn at Shoreline... I'm also kind of tired of him being portrayed as this golden boy. I think he's got a dark side that we just haven't seen yet. And don't forget Daniel (view spoiler)
Cam: He's just so much more interesting than Daniel! Maybe I just have a thing for bad boys. haha. He's got flaws but he really does care for Luce. He's also not afraid to give her the space she needs. (view spoiler) I actually like Torment a lot because of the lack of Daniel. I think it's funny that Daniel is supposed to love her so much but the person we see actively saving her in that book is actually Cam. Forget the end with the starshot, he might have known it wasn't her. Seriously, I really doubt Cam would kill Luce. :) I know he's on the bad guy's team but I don't think he's a bad guy... I also know that people say he treats her more brotherly than anything else. Perhaps that is the case, I don't know. But I certainly don't stare at my brother's face and think about how I could look at him all day... nor do I make comments about how I used to have a chance with him. Yuck! Now, realistically speaking, I know that Luce and Daniel will end up together. But, I can always hope for the underdog to win, right? :)

@ Lindsey: I loved Cam, he is gorgeous. But Cam' soul mate will always be Lilith. He changed his side due to a broken heart. He got closer to Luce to create chaos and upset Daniel. He did not even fight for Luce's heart once Daniel stepped in. All the angels know the fact about Daniel and Lucinda and it is their love that will change the angels' future. Whether the curse will be totally broken or stay the same as repetition with Daniel & Luce' love.
Perhaps you think Daniel's got a dark side to stain his perfect celestial being. But Daniel is different with Cam. Daniel had chosen Lucinda but Cam chose Hell. Daniel has always been stronger than Cam. Daniel was punished with so many deaths of his only love, Lucinda but stays faithful to her no matter how his heart broke for so many times. Cam chose to side hell just because of 1 broken heart.
Daniel has always been the stronger one and the kinder one.
I think it's obvious that she clings with Daniel. Miles really annoyed me! But I loved the love triangle between Luce, Cam, and Daniel. What happened to Cam's feelings for her? They seemed genuine. who agrees??
I prefer Daniel-Luce-Cam love triangle. But after reading Passion, I think Cam's feeling for Lucinda was not genuine. Cam did his works in order to disturb Daniel or changing the angels' fate. He loved and I think still loves Lilith. His love for her was so great so when it was gone, he was so broken and decided to side Lucifer.
See that part confused me because in Torment in the beginning or in Fallen at the end Daniel and Camade that truce and stuff and cAm was like you haven't won her yet and stuff I thought he was talking about love.
It was not about love. It was that Luce still died previously and nothing had changed. The demons and the angels have the truce to fight the outcasts, working together to safe Luce. Because this time Luce can not re-born, so if she dies, Daniel might do things that shake the balance, between choosing Heaven or Hell.
OMG!!!!!! How could anyone ever think Luce and Daniel don't belong truly and completly together beyond all odds- forever! The sorrows and joys, as well as love and loss Daniel has gone through over time..... They are meant to be together. Cam has chosen evil, Miles is a non-character, and Daniel is HOT and proven over thousands of years of his love for only Lucinda. To me, there isn't, or shouldn't be a doubt for anyone who thoroughly read and connected to the books. I ready for the next one! Please do not take offense to my comments, they are from my heart:-)
Daniel is surely hot with sublime beauty, golden hair and grey-violet eyes. I am so excited with the movie. I need to see how the movie production will personalize my beloved Daniel. I know that many readers are tired with my description of him but I am so biased I do not even care...:)I love Cam and Roland, Arriane and Gabbe. I think Miles was there to 'help' Luce only, not for anything else.

Daniel never tells anything because it is the regulation. Luce will die if he breaks the rule. No offense, but depending Miles is okay without 'slandering' Daniel.

Not Daniel because he is the worst BF imaginable. I mean he's completely domineering, he has a load of secrets and is all in all a complete Edward Cullen, unless you like that of course. Cam, even though he is "evil" is a much more interesting character, even though we dont find that much out about him. But personally for me, Miles is way ahead of the both of them. He's kind he's sweet and he is human so there's none of that "blinded by his unearthly beauty" ( i dont think that sentence is actually in the book, but you get my point)
I think after reading Fallen, Torment and Passion, it will be weird to choose other than Daniel. Daniel and Luce are made for each other, ever since the beginning. Cam is adorable but Cam will be perfect for Arriane. I am waiting for that. And Roland for Gabbe, as it should be. Miles? A naive and lame nephilim who only makes Luce miserable.
OMG! If anyone truely read and grasped this series you would see, the only one for Lucinda is Daniel, they were made for each other throughout time and space, defying it at all odds, for love. This is a book that A. You totally get it, or B. You don't. From the comment I clearly see that too many of you DON'T get what the author is spelling out, it is a love story of DANIEL AND LUCINDA?!?! hello.

There are no hidden secret agendas besides protection, and we all could use that.

CAM SIDED, or, Chose, SATIN. Daniel was only doing his best, doing what his heart told him to do for his TRUE LOVE! LUCINDA. Why is this even a discussion? 4 books of love, devotion, protection, and a lifetime of tragedy will not go in vain, Luce and Daniel will overcome all odds.

He is a Nephilium. Luce and Daniel have loved for thousands of years, 4 books will not just "OVERLOOK" that, true love prevails, Milex is just an extra character.
Lucinda and Daniel have literally been to hell and back throughout their thousands of years of love. They will prevail, the last book I read, Lucinda finally realizes what Daniel has and will always do for her and she realizes why she loves him, and he loves her. He gave his soul for her, as she will probably do for him in the 4th book. I can't imagine a perfect ending like Breaking Dawn(Twilight) But it would be nice if they both survived and stayed together this time. The other boys/men in her life are just characters to make the book interesting, no more. I've read soo many articles about Miles and Cam I could throw up. Lauren Kate would not put use through 4 tragic books for us to see her with a minor charactor, her whole point is undying forever truelove. We my never find it ourselves but we can only be lustful and jealous of Daniel and Luce. There shouldn't be any other conclusions for true fans.

Honestly I think Luce was meant for Daniel and vice verse a relationship can fall easily if theres nothing to stand for. Cam is just not here type and Cam has someone in the past that he needs to tell the truth too. And miles well him and shelby could get together
@ Carrie: I prefer Daniel-Luce-Cam rather than having the naive Miles. Not because I ever considered Cam as Daniel's replacement. Daniel and Luce together. The story is about them both.

"I am sorry but I think you missed some important part of the story. There is a reason, an important one, of why Daniel can not tell Luce anything. If you actually read and understand the series, you will not miss it.
I think she should be with cam, sorry but I think Daniel is a goof, and doesn't deserve to be loved, after all he has hidden from her, to "supposedly" protect her, when Cam has told her mostly everything, except for the part about being an angel in the first book

If Daniel breaks the rule by revealing anything to Luce, he will be rewarded with Luce's death.

Just before i say this I havent read all the commet between rose and Nurlely but i just want to point daniel is allowed to tell her in this lifetime his hasnt because he THINKS she going to die but ya know with the loophole and everything and I agree with rose on miles dont get me wrong i think luce and daniel are a good couple i just prefer miles because of his presonality i havent read all of passion so i may be like leaving some other stuff so ya yeah

Ok well i gotta say that I LOVE CAM!!! but luce and cam just don't mesh. In the second book i really liked Miles and all but in the third book i was soooo back to team DANIEL!!! I LOVE DANIEL! :D

She was clearly sure that Daniel was an angel before Daniel told her more about his existence as an angel. Not about anything else.
Daniel had been waiting for centuries to be with Lucinda I doubt he will sacrifice being hated by her simply because he did not tell anything when he could. The only thing that prevented him to do so was the risk of losing Luce forever.
I have read the series, 3 times of each. So I knew pretty well what the story is about. I never mean to brag, simply to state out that I know what I am saying....:)

thank you very much girl. I never said I "hated". I commented on the discussion at hand. As I do with all of the series that I read. I comment and discuss. I may say that I agree with parts of what people say about it or disagree but not everyone sees things the same way. Just because someone has a different opinion, doesn't mean that they don't "understand" the book/series. I respect what people have to say when they say it in a pleasant respectful way.
