Has everyone played bingo before? I'm pretty sure we don't have any SOS game noobs on our team, but maybe some of you played CC4 but not bingo yet? I could go look, but I'm lazy. ;)

Judithe and I were just going to split any captain duties that come up. I'm going to take care of the status update posts because I am an anal control freak, and Judithe will be in charge of the whip because she is a relentless slave driver. Lol. Teasing. :)

But we figured that since everyone on our team has played games here before and knows how we roll, that we really didn't need a captain. And it will work better this way, if something comes up, either of us can take care of it. And I will be on vacay in Vegas Aug 6-13, so Judithe will be manning the helm that week. But it's for a convention and hubby will be at meetings all day, so I'll have plenty of time to read my book. Don't you worry your pretty little heads. :)

Sooo....

Picked a book for the Free Space -- set it aside so I don't accidentally pick it for one of the shelves. Don't think I try to read it the first week -- unless I finish the first book in a day or two. Sort of a lesson learned from last go-around, you know.

Out of curiosity, I looked up the shelves for all the books I picked for RRRC Drinks/Cocktail Challenge. I wondered how far on the way side those books would fall during this round, because half don't fit the fantasy/paranormal genre. Thank goodness for shelves like "Read in 2010" and "4 stars".
