Thanks Dee!!! Awesome picks!! I'm so indecisive. I can't pick just one. However, I'm going to start with Dragonfly in Amber. I could use a dose a Jamie and Claire right now! I've been eyeing The Reluctant Dom like forever so, I'm going to try and tackle that one this month as well. Sinful sounds like a great idea but remember I suck at the buddy read thing. We can aim for Sinful in the middle of the month. Does that work? Yayyyy!! Thanks again Dee!

MountainKat | 32167 comments Emily - here are my picks for you. I hope you find something you like! Let me know if you want me take a second look.

1. Sun (star) – Book from their TBR you gave 5 stars: A Lot Like Love by Julie James. You have rated the other books you have read by the author highly, you know you want to read this one too!

2. Moon (satellite) – Book from their TBR that’s the next in a series they already started: Any of Lorelei James's Rough Riders Series - You've read the second, so technically the next would be Cowgirl Up and Ride, which was a 5* read for me, but you could go back and read the first if you would rather.

3. Mars (same symbol as male gender) – Book written by a male author or with a strong male character: Eternal Rider by Larissa Ione. He is a freaking Horseman of the Apocolypse how much stronger of a male character can there be?! (I just finished this one and I do think it would be easier to follow and understand if you have read the author's Demonica series, it isn't necessary but it would just be easier.)

4. Mercury (smallest planet) - Short book from their TBR: The New World by Patrick Ness - a seriously short prequel from your TBR! =)

5. Jupiter (outer planet) – Book that’s a bit ‘out there’: I don't see a lot of straight contemporary books on your "read" shelf, but you do have two of my favorites on your TBR shelves - It Had to Be You by Susan Elizabeth Phillips and Flat-Out Sexy by Erin McCarthy. Both of these books are also sports related - one football and one NASCAR. I think that pushes them "out there" for you too! I absolutely loved both of these books!

6. Venus (hottest planet) – Popular book they haven’t read yet or a steamy book (if they like that sort of thing.): Wild, Wicked, & Wanton by Jaci Burton. This book was recommended to me a couple of months ago, great story about 3 girlfriends and a bet - definitely a fun, hot read!

7. Saturn (rings) – Romantic book that made you sigh: Kiss of the Highlander by Karen Marie Moning. Love, love, love this book! I am completely OCD (ok, anal) about reading series in order, but this one was an exception. It was my first KMM and has one of my favorite heroes of all time!! I think it is the most romantic book I have ever read.

8. Asteroid - Book that has been around your TBR for a while that you think you would both enjoy: Hotter Than Wildfire by Lisa Marie Rice. I see you haven't read any LMR and I really think everyone should! I have to warn you though, it is the second in a series - I have no idea how interrelated the books are though. I am reading this early in the month for another discussion if you want to join me, I would be happy to read it with you!

9. Comet - Book from their TBR that caught your eye: Sweet Surrender by Maya Banks, If You Dare by Kresley Cole or You Slay Me by Katie MacAlister. I would be happy to read any of these books with you, you just need to give me a few days notice.

Happy reading!!

I kind of got lost in your 1100 book TBR!!! You have so many books in there it was hard for me to narrow down the choices so some of the categories I am giving you two or more books to pick from.

READ THE (CLASSICAL) PLANETS

Heartless (The Parasol Protectorate, #4) by Carriger, Gail

3. Mars (same symbol as male gender) – Book written by a male author or with a strong male character

4. Mercury (smallest planet) - Short book from their TBR
Curran (Curran POV, #1) by Andrews, Gordon 28 pp

5. Jupiter (outer planet) – Book that’s a bit ‘out there’ either because it has an original premise, a funky title or because it’s something they wouldn’t normally read

The Proper Care and Feeding of Zombies: A Completely Scientific Guide to the Lives of the Undead by Montandon, Mac

Jane (PS) | 24508 comments Suzanne - Just letting you know that I am working on your picks. I'm about halfway through. ...Financial year end keeps getting in my way! :) Hopefully within the next few hours I can post your list.

message 207: by Vi (new)

Vi | 2819 comments Hi Elke,

Whew, now that I have some breathing time, I had a good look at your picks for me.

1. This Side of the Grave is still on my TBR. I need to read the two books set in the Night Huntress world to ensure continuity (yeah, I'm a bit anal about series order). I'm still irritated by this because it wasn't mentioned anywhere which in turn makes me reluctant to read the book. (yeah, I'm super weird)

2. I've read Vision in White but since that was before GR, I didn't add it. My bad.

Ok, so I'm definitely going to read Lover Unbound. So far I've managed to pace out this series (a pat on my back for this). I will also be (re)reading Grave Witch because the next book Grave Dance is coming out July. If you're able to, then we can do the buddy read for Grave Witch.

message 208: by Larissa (new)

Larissa | 138 comments Debbie, thank you so much for all your recommendations! I loved each one of them and I'm pretty sure going to read more than one this month.

I have, also, Perfect Chemistry ready to be read (for a looong time now). So, yeah, I'm willing to try and give it a shot. Just let me know when you want to start it :D

Tiffanny For Sarah Sunday

Sarah, I tried to pick at least two books for each category so that you would have a few different books to choose from. I hope that you find something off this list that you will love! =) If you would like to do the buddy read, I am all for it =)

1.
A Bend in the Road, Willow, The Choice
2.Masquerade, The Drawing of the Three, Industrial Magic
3.Witch Eyes, The Ultimate Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, Dead Rules
4.Reaper, Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde and Other Stories, An Infinite Thread - A Merry Sisters of Fate Anthology
5.Wake, Stiff: The Curious Lives of Human Cadavers
6.Catching Fire, Desire Unchained
7.Where I Belong, Love in the Time of Dragons
8.Angel Star, Entwined
9.Before I Fall, A Discovery of Witches

Happy Reading!

message 210: by Shell (new)

Shell | 2 comments Tania,

Wow! There's a LOT of wonderful things in your TBR pile. I found several I want for myself there. :)Hopefully I'm recommending some good ones for you, if not let me know and I can re-pic

1. Sun (star) 5 Stars/High RatingPerfect Chemistry: From looking at your shelves, you listen to Audio-books. This is the first one I've listened to (after reading the book) and I've fallen in lust with the Male Narrator's voice. The story is very engaging, but just listening to the narrator makes it all the more real (as in really can you narrate all my fantasies from now on?). Ill Wind: I recently finished this myself and enjoyed the premise of Weather Wardens. I really want to bottle David up for myself. City of Bones: This was recommended to me by several people, and I loved it when I 1st read it. I got really caught up in the action and the witty dialogue had me laughing out loud.

2. Moon (satellite) SeriesMidnight Rising: You've read the first 3 of this series. I have a thing for "tormented heroes" and Rio fits the bill perfectly. Angels' Blood: It looks like you've enjoyed reading the Psy/Changeling series. You should read the Guild Hunter series. I LOVED the first book! While Raph is yummy, I'm waiting with bated breath for Dimitri.

3. Mars (same symbol as male gender) Strong Male/AuthorDestiny: You have this one on your TBR shelf and it looks interesting.A Hunger Like No Other: Lachlain MacRieve is a prime Alpha Male. This is a fav series, with amazing stories, dialogue and heroes that make a girl shiver, cry, and sigh.

4. Mercury (smallest planet) Short - The Cinderella Deal: This was the hardest catagory for me. I like long involved titles, however this is short from your TBR list (240 pgs). The Cinderella archetype is a favorite of mine. The Dark Gate (The Esri, #1): This one looked promising as well. It looks like the beginning of an interesting series. (288 pgs)

5. Jupiter (outer planet) Out there book – I noticed that you have a few "fantasy-style" books on your list. You also seem to like novels with Strong Female Charachters. Daughter of the Blood: UBER GREAT series. It has an "epic" fantasy style read, with a strong female character (as well as alpha males). Luciver is heartbreakingly wonderful. I wanted to savor him with a spoon. :)

6. Venus (hottest planet) Hot/Steamy Sweet Surrender: I loved this book. It had the BDSM feel without it being too over the top for me. The love scenes were written to make you need a cold shower afterwards. Marly's Choice: Lora Leigh writes some amazingly good erotica. This is the beginning to a very sexy series.

7. Saturn (rings) Romantic Just the Sexiest Man Alive: I read this in one sitting. It had me laughing, sighing and hoping it would be made into a movie. I'm a sucker for chick lit like this. The Darkest Night: When I think romantic, I think of traditional Shakespearean Romeo & Juliet, but with a HEA. This one has it for sure.

OTHER SOLAR SYSTEM BODIES (BUDDY READS)
8. Asteroid (My TBR) : Atlantis Rising: I've been eyeing this for a bit, and I see it's on your list as well.

9. Comet (Your TBR) : A Veiled Deception: This looks good. I'm a sucker for a good mystery.

Perfect Chemistry (Perfect Chemistry, #1) by Simone Elkeles Ill Wind (Weather Warden, #1) by Rachel Caine City of Bones (Mortal Instruments #1) by Cassandra Clare Midnight Rising (Midnight Breed, #4) by Lara Adrian Angels' Blood (Guild Hunter, #1) by Nalini Singh Destiny (Rogue Angel, #1) by Alex Archer A Hunger Like No Other (Immortals After Dark, #2) by Kresley Cole The Cinderella Deal (Loveswept) by Jennifer Crusie The Dark Gate (The Esri, #1) (Harlequin Nocturne, #13) by Pamela Palmer Daughter of the Blood (The Black Jewels, #1) by Anne Bishop Sweet Surrender (Sweet, #1) by Maya Banks Marly's Choice (Men of August, #1) by Lora Leigh Just the Sexiest Man Alive by Julie James The Darkest Night (Lords of the Underworld, #1) by Gena Showalter Atlantis Rising (Warriors of Poseidon, #1) by Alyssa Day A Veiled Deception (A Vintage Magic Mystery, #1) by Annette Blair

~Sara~ | 667 comments Hello again Caroline,
Last month you picked for me, now I get to pick for you!

1. Sun - I'm a little stingy with the 5 star ratings but my favourite book in your TBR, Naked in Death, was close with 4 stars and is one of my favourite series because you can come and go without worrying how long it's been since the last one. I like to read another one every few months even though at this rate I'll be reading the series for the rest of my life! :)

2. Moon - It Happened One Autumn was one of my favourite Wallflower books (the 3rd one was the other) and you liked the first so I think this would be a good series for you to continue with.

3. Mars - You seemed to really like Gaiman so I'd recommend Stardust next. It an easy read and a fun, amusing fairy tale with fantastic characters (and ever better names!). The movie was fantastic too (even though there are some rather large differences between the two).

4. Mercury - Agatha Christie is always good for a quick read and The Body in the Library was the shortest on your list. I haven't read it yet but I also haven't read anything by her that I didn't like yet either.

5. Jupiter - A pretty 'out there' novel, and my favourite book, is
The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. I love Douglas Adams!!!

6. Venus - Both popular and steamy (and a thriller which looks like your favourite genre) Extreme Exposure is a great start to what I hope continues to be an excellent series.

7. Saturn - You said you'd like to try some more classics after enjoying Jane Eyre so I'd recommend you try Pride and Prejudice next. Over 200 000 5 star and 100 000 4 star ratings will back me up on this one! :D

I would love to do another buddy read with you so let me now if you want to read either of these this month:
8. Asteroid - I don't know how long The English Patient has been sitting on my shelf (the physical one) for but it's probably far too long!

9. Comet - I've heard nothing but good things about Room and it seems to be the type of book that is made for buddy reads - I imagine there would be a lot to discuss with a book like this!

I hope you enjoy your pick as much as I enjoyed mine!!!

message 213: by Tania (new)

Tania | 644 comments Hi Sylvia,

Being a new member of you don't have a big tbr and read list so I've had to do a fair amount of guess work. Hope you find something here you can enjoy...

SUN You only have two books on your tbr list and luckly one of them I've rated 5 stars... sink your teeth into Lover Unleashed (pun intended :)

MOON – I'm taking a guess here because you haven't had a chance to rate all of your read books yet - why don't you continue with Lora Leigh's Breeds series. The next one for you is Kane and Sherra's book Kiss of Heat

MARS – 2 for 2 - the other book on your tbr list is written by a man so this might be the opportunity to finally get Memoirs of a Geisha read.

MERCURY I've now run out of books on your TBR, so I'll recommend Roane by Marie Harte. I don't tend to read short stories but I have this down as being a quick read.

JUPITER You seem to read a lot of PNR but don't have many light-hearted reads. Nice Girls Don't Have Fangs is the start of Molly Harper's Jane Jameson series which is a lighthearted take on vampires.

VENUS why don't you try Lorelei James' Rough Rider Series (hot cowboys). It starts with Long Hard Ride and just gets better from there. Or you could try Riding the Storm which is the start of the ACRO series. It's kind of Xmen get hot...

SATURN For pure romance I don't think you can do better than Nora Roberts. The Bride Quartet fits perfectly with this criteria. It starts with Vision in White

OTHER SOLAR SYSTEM BODIES (BUDDY READS)

I've run out of books on your TBR pile so I'll select a few from my TBR pile that I'm planning on reading sometime soon and that I think you'll enjoy.

The Becoming - I've had this sitting around for ages and just haven't gotten around to reading it yet.

A lot of my goodread friends rated Eternal Rider highly so I know I'm going to give into temptation soon...

For some bizarre reason I still haven't read Halfway to the Grave despite it being recommended by every man and their dogs. I'm determined to this month. Care to join me?

Well I hope you find something here to tempt you. If not let me know and I'll pick some more for you.

Lover Unleashed (Black Dagger Brotherhood, #9) by J.R. Ward Kiss of Heat (Breeds, #4) by Lora Leigh Memoirs of a Geisha by Arthur Golden Nice Girls Don't Have Fangs (Jane Jameson, #1) by Molly Harper Roane (Circe's Recruits, #1) by Marie Harte Long Hard Ride (Rough Riders, #1) by Lorelei James Riding the Storm (ACRO, #1) by Sydney Croft Vision in White (Bride Quartet, #1) by Nora Roberts The Becoming (Anna Strong Chronicles, #1) by Jeanne C. Stein Eternal Rider (Lords of Deliverance, #1) by Larissa Ione Halfway to the Grave (Night Huntress, #1) by Jeaniene Frost

Hello Debbie, pretty much all the books we have in common you have already read. Hope you like my recs for you!

P.S. I'm going on holiday, so the buddy reads will probably not work out. Sorry!

READ THE (CLASSICAL) PLANETS
1. Sun (star) –
Perfect Chemistry by Simone Elkeles, great book. Teenage romance from opposite sides of the tracks

2. Moon (satellite) – The Darkest Surrender by Gena Showalter, you seem to like this series, and it’s got an excellent rating

3. Mars (same symbol as male gender) – The Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan, a couple of my friends have read this book and liked it

4. Mercury (smallest planet) - GPS by Leigh Ellwood, this book is only 45 pages and sounds interesting

5. Jupiter (outer planet) – Baby I’m Yours by Susan Andersen, this is a crazy funny story about getting twins mixed up and outwitting the dumb bad guy

6. Venus (hottest planet) – Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead

7. Saturn (rings) – Where She Went by Gayle Forman, a sweet young adult second chance romance

OTHER SOLAR SYSTEM BODIES (BUDDY READS)
8. Asteroid:
The Wedding Journey by Carla Kelly, a marriage of convenience with a military hero

Amanda D. (tinyminx) | 634 comments Great picks, Gigi!

I'll probably grab Once and Always. I fully intended to read it for June, but preparing my move for college is seriously cutting into my valuable reading time.

Tempting the Beast is my second choice, though I'll be honest, the cover embarrasses the hell out of me!

I'd hate to impose on you for a buddy read, but Wicked Ties is tempting to choose since I have the second and third books, just not the first. But I'll save this choice as a last resort.

Kimberly Hey Anna!
Here are my picks for you :)

READ THE (CLASSICAL) PLANETS
1. Sun (star) – Bitten I adored this book when I read it when it first came out and have read it over and over many times since. I hope you enjoy it as well!
2. Moon (satellite) – Tempt Me at Twilight I noticed that you had read the first to in the Hathaway series and I've heard nothing but good things about this installment :)

3. Mars (same symbol as male gender) – The Woods. I was trying to find a good one for you and luckily you have a whole bunch of books to choose from. Enjoy!

4. Mercury (smallest planet) - The Warlord Wants Forever I've heard great things about the series!

5. Jupiter (outer planet) – The Catcher in the Rye I loved it when I read it. It's different and it's one od those love it or hate it books. I enjoyed it a lot.

6. Venus (hottest planet) – Beyond the Highland Mist I noticed that you've had this on your shelf for awhile. I didn't want to pick anything to steamy but it gets a little heated in this book :)

7. Saturn (rings) – Virgin River I love this series and this book was delightful. It'll break your heart in parts I suppose but you may end up walking away when you finish it wishing the town was real.

OTHER SOLAR SYSTEM BODIES (BUDDY READS)
8. Asteroid: Scent of Darkness I noticed that we both have this one on our TBR list and its been sitting on my shelf for 3 years.
9. Comet: Across the Universe This one really caught my eye. Looks very interesting indeed!

Happy Reading!!

message 222: by Renee (new)

Renee (sireny) Hi Taita!
Here are your picks, I hope you'll like them :)

Sun - The Hunger Games
I loved this book/series from page one to the last. (post-apocalyptic science fiction with a great storyline)

Moon - The Lost Symbol
I've heard good things about this one, and if you've enjoyed The Da Vinci Code and Angels & Demons, I hope you'll like this one too.

Mars - Wuthering Heights
A strong male character indeed :)

Mercury - Jane Eyre
It's one of the shortests on your to-read list, and I personally really liked it.

Jupiter - Fight Club
As I saw from your lists, you don't usually read this kind of books. But this one is definitely worth it :)

Venus - Me and My Shadow
This is actually a part of a series, but it can be read separately also. It's not steamy all the way, but it has certain parts ;)

Saturn - Gone With the Wind
Really good romance book, and not only.

Asteroid - Memoirs of a Geisha
I wanted to read this one for a long time but never got around to it. Hopefully now I/we will :)

Comet - Timeless
The title caught my attention, I hope it'll be interesting :)

If, by chance, you would want me to change some of the books, please let me know :)

Happy reading :)

Tuğçe Gökırmak (tugcenidasevin) Ok, here are your picks Dee hope you can find something you'll enjoy. It takes me quite a long time to wander in your bookshelves and earned me a few books to my TBR (as if it wasn't huge enough for me) :)

1.Sun (star) - We have around 200 books in common though only a few I read (which only 1 rated 5 stars- The Graveyard book)so I will go with a few I liked also had a good avg rating...
The Last Song - I read a few Nicholas Sparks, almost all left the similar feeling, sweet books with a few sad moments.
Vampire Academy - The first book is not the best in the series I must admit but within every new book the series got better, that's a longshot I know but I enjoyed them so you might want to give it a try .
Unbroken: A World War II Story of Survival, Resilience, and Redemption - I have seen a few war books or similar in genre in your TBR so might like this one.

2.Moon (satellite) - with your large TBR and whishlist I had some difficult times in finding what you read in series :D but here are some I noticed.
Katharine the Virgin Widow - haven't read but added the first book in my TBR as I always found Tudor's interesting.
The Letter Z or Paris A to Z, I read the first book in the series, found it good might try the rest of the series myself as well.

3.Mars (symbol as male gender) - I chose a few with male authors who are also in my TBR
Before I Go to Sleep - Been wondering about this book for awhile now, It will be nice to see what you think.
The Surrendered - sounds a good one, I also have this in my TBR
Touch - not an expert on SCi-Fi books but liked the description, will be happy to know what you think about it.

4.Mercury (smallest planet) -
Nana, Volume 1 - I found that one very interesting and added to my TBR.
Yes, No, Maybe - nice cover, interesting plot, sounds fun to me.

5.Jupiter (outer planet) - Not really sure what it means to be out there but let me try :)
A Game of Thrones - I have only finished this yesterday it was really good, it was pretty graphical, no hesitation in death or love scenes but non-gratuitous.
Never Let Me Go - I didn't like this much I must admit, but it has a different way of story telling and many liked it so you might as well.

6.Venus (hottest planet) I picked from both options popular books and hot ones...
Pleasure and Purpose - I have seen you read a few of her books and enjoyed so might enjoy this one.
The Hunger Games - I am not sure what you think about YA books but this is a book everyone talks about for over a year, I finally read it last month and enjoyed it.
Sweet Persuasion - I saw you read Sweet Surrender but not sure whether you liked it or not, I read the series and thought this was better and kinkier than the first one.

7.Saturn (rings) Not sure about the sigh but here are a few ones I enjoyed and left me thinking about the book for awhile...
One Day - since reading this one I have been recommending it so can't stop myself now, can I?
North and South - read it this month, think about a Jane Austen book without the irony and senseless use of words :) loved the book...
Jane Eyre - one of my favourite classics and books, dark but a good love story.

BUDDY READS
8.Asteroid It can be any of the following, City of Bones, A Hunger Like No Other, Secret Daughter

9.Comet I added quite a lot to my already huge TBR from your lists so here are a few...
Nana, Volume 1, The Raven Prince, Pieces of Sky, Unbroken

And this is the end of my essay adventure ;) happy readings!!!

Hello!

Here are your picks from me:-)

Sun I chose Magyk I love this series of books and gave it a full 5 stars, If you chose to read this I hope you enjoy it and the rest of the series as much as I did.

Moon I noticed that like I you have started the Kresley Cole Immortals series, so I have chosen the next in the series No Rest for the Wicked, this will be next for me too!

Mars I noticed that you haven't read The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo yet! Its written by a male and has a strong man lead character in it. It's a good book and I really enjoyed it but found the last 2 in the series better.

Mercury The shortest book I could find on your TBR list was Dead Until Dark I haven't read it But it looks great!

Jupiter I read Bobbie Faye's Very (very, very, very) Bad Day and found it hilarous, I put this here as to me its well out there book, which if you read it will realise where I'm coming from with this!!

Venus I chose a popular book which you haven't seem to have read! SoullessThis is very dry and quintesstential Victorian England! Brilliant!

Saturn Romantic book that has really made an impact on me and had me reaching for the tissues is Message from Nam.

Asteroid I loved to readMoon Called with you if you would like please just let me know, I have it sitting on my bedside table!

Comet A book off your TBR list that caught my eye and if you would like to read with me is The Perfect Husband

I hope these are okay for you? If not please let me know and I will galdly repick for you x x x

D.G. | 4477 comments We have several people with the same name but excepting for the Amandas, they are all in different days. I didn't have the time to differentiate everybody that has the same name (I just assumed people would remember which day they were born and just look there) and because I cannot fix everybody, I won't do it for the Dees.

I'll just add a note that if people see their names in a different day, to click on the link with the name to find out if this is just a different person.

message 246: by ~Megan~ (new)

~Megan~ (megadee) Oh Lili, it was so hard to narrow these down!! Hope I've found something you will like!

1.Sun: I saw that you enjoyed the Mercy Thompson series, so I'm going to recommend Cry Wolf by Patricia Briggs. I love this series just as much as Mercy. I would recommend that you read the novella that comes before this book in the On the Prowl anthology so you can get a good handle on the backstory between Charles and Anna.

2.Moon: Blaze of Memory by Nalini Singh - You've read up until Branded by Fire, so don't stop now....this is my favorite series ever, and it just keeps getting better. I recently read Hawke's book and could gush for hours about it!

3.Mars: Ok, so I went through my shelves and I apparently read NOTHING by male authors, so I'm going to go with the strong male character part of this and recommend Blood Brothers by Nora Roberts. This is my favorite of her paranormal trilogies and has three very strong male leads.

4.Mercury: As mentioned above, I'd recommend the novella prequel to Cry Wolf, Alpha & Omega: A Companion Novella to Cry Wolf by Patricia Briggs. I also saw Magic in the Wind by Christine Feehan on your TBR, and this is a great introduction to the Drake Sisters series. I think you'd like these books about magical sisters.

5.Jupiter: Lord of the Fading Lands by CL Wilson - This series is really different from anything I've ever read, but I absolutely loved every single second of it. I will also recommend another series I've recently become hooked on that is quite different: Warprize by Elizabeth Vaughn

6.Venus: Garden Spells by Sarah Addison Allen - There's a reason so many people recommend her books every month. I fell in love with her writing and have now read everything she's written!

7.Saturn: Annie's Song by Catherine Anderson - Guaranteed to make you sigh! Also, He Loves Lucy by Susan Anderson - So romantic and fun!

BUDDY READS
8.Asteroid: A Rush of Wings by Adrian Phoenix - I've heard tons about this book and would be happy to buddy read it with you this month!

9.Comet: Kill Me Twice by Roxanne St. Claire - I'm a romantic suspense junkie, so this caught my eye.

Cry Wolf (Alpha & Omega, #1) by Patricia Briggs Blaze of Memory (Psy-Changeling, #7) by Nalini Singh Blood Brothers (Sign of Seven, #1) by Nora Roberts Alpha & Omega A Companion Novella to Cry Wolf (Alpha & Omega, Prequel) by Patricia Briggs Magic in the Wind (Drake Sisters, #1) by Christine Feehan Lord of the Fading Lands (Tairen Soul, #1) by C.L. Wilson Warprize (Chronicles of the Warlands, #1) by Elizabeth Vaughan Garden Spells by Sarah Addison Allen Annie's Song by Catherine Anderson He Loves Lucy by Susan Donovan A Rush of Wings (The Maker's Song, #1) by Adrian Phoenix Kill Me Twice (Bullet Catcher, #1) by Roxanne St. Claire

3. Mars- Covet I love this author. Her other series the Bladck Dagger Brotherhood is one of my favorite series!

I quite enjoyed looking through your bookshelves. You have an impressive library. Here are my picks for you and I hope you find something you like!

READ THE (CLASSICAL) PLANETS
1. Sun (star) – Enchanting the Lady by Kathryn Kennedy This is a little known fantasy romance but I loved it.
Luck in the Shadows by Lynn Flewling when I saw this on your TBR I couldn't not put it on the list!

2. Moon (satellite) – A Hunger Like No Other – Kresely Cole I see that you have read some of the others in this series. This is the first and my personal favorite.
Dead in the Family by Charlaine Harris is the next Sookie book for you and I think this series stays strong.

3. Mars (same symbol as male gender) – Defiant Hero by Suzanne Brockmann Technically The Unsung Hero is the first in this series but I found the second book much more interesting.

4. Mercury (smallest planet) - Short book from their TBR
Candide by Voltaire

5. Jupiter (outer planet) – In the Bleak Midwinter by Julia Spencer-Fleming You have an impressively eclectic taste in books, so not much would be out of the ordinary for you, but I found this book tested my comfort zones in addition to being captivating.

6. Venus (hottest planet) – Popular book they haven’t read yet or a steamy book (if they like that sort of thing.) The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins if you want to go the popular route, or Tempting the Beast by Lora Leigh if you want to go the steamy route.

7. Saturn (rings)- River of Fire by Mary Jo Putney is a wonderful romantic book but if you want to start at the beginning of the series Thunder and Roses is the first book. I personally thing each of these books can be read alone.

OTHER SOLAR SYSTEM BODIES (BUDDY READS)
8. Asteroid: A Secret History of the Pink Carnation by Laura Willig
9. Comet: The Iron Duke by Meljean Brook
Enchanting the Lady (Relics of Merlin, #1) by Kathryne Kennedy Luck in the Shadows (Nightrunner, #1) by Lynn Flewelling A Hunger Like No Other (Immortals After Dark, #2) by Kresley Cole Dead in the Family by Charlaine Harris The Defiant Hero (Troubleshooters, #2) by Suzanne Brockmann Candide by Voltaire In the Bleak Midwinter (Rev. Clare Fergusson, #1) by Julia Spencer-Fleming The Hunger Games (The Hunger Games, #1) by Suzanne Collins Tempting the Beast (Breeds, #1) by Lora Leigh River Of Fire (Fallen Angels, #6) by Mary Jo Putney Thunder and Roses (Fallen Angels #1) by Mary Jo Putney The Secret History of the Pink Carnation (Pink Carnation, #1) by Lauren Willig The Iron Duke (Iron Seas, #1) by Meljean Brook

Well I am definitely going to read Shadowfever. I would like to read more of your choices if I have time. I checked with my library for your buddy read choices. I put City of Bones by Cassandra Clare on hold. It says that I am 6 of 6 holds on 28 copies. One copy was supposed to be returned on 6/1, another on 6/30, another on 7/5 and another on 7/8. So I might be able to get it in a week or two. I can let you know as soon as I get a copy. AEquana: A Fantasy Romance Novel by Linda Mooney was not available at my library at all.
