NICE! Particularly like when they have a grammatical error, adds to the overall debauch of the whole experience. Never knew there were so many ways to insult my mamma ; )
Need Women's Opinions:Re-watching "The Sopranos" with my wife. She makes the comment that James Gandolfini "was always good looking."
Yeah, that was a WTF? moment.
Tony Soprano? Really?
Splitter
Never watched the Soprano's. Saw a few previews and if its the guy I am thinking of he never really did it for me, but you know I'm in to werewolves. LOL
LMAO. no. *cringe* we don't have HBO. its why i am very very behind on True Blood. of course i have seen the trailers and heard about the show though.
OMG, I feel so low brow now lol. Really, it doesn't take much to keep me entertained I guess :).Splitter

The way I know True Blood is because I bought the first two seasons on DVD! Same with Dexter. House I downloaded ... etc...
Jenn wrote: "Damn it, Katy beat me! Shouldn't you be asleep after all that reading?"LOL - I just got up from a nap - I sleep early in the morning and early in the evening - am up during the day and night. Weird schedule, but it suits me.

I was that way until I had my son. The latest I will allow myself to stay up now is midnight or in extreme review crunches, 2am otherwise I'll be paying for it all the next day as he is now walking and into EVERYTHING!!! Love my little man though.
OK, thirteen was Cambria. It went by the way followers show up on my website plus (number 1) a person who wanted to be in the contest but couldn't figure out how to follow.SO! I'll see if Cambria wants to be in the book.
But hang tight, I enjoyed this contest and there are other books to write...books that I could fit a group into...

Cambria! Cambria! Cambria!!!! ( whining and stamping feet) I'm so crushed. Is it cause she's prettier? Funnier? Totally kidding, I love cambria so I'll take the blow peacefully and muddle on. Congratulations cambria!!!!!!
Jenn wrote: "Katy, lol. Cats can be worse at times. But still loveable when not plotting your demise."I love cats - their changeable moods, their bad attitudes, everything - there is NOTHING in this world like a cat with a bad attitude curling up and purring on your lap ... then jumping up suddenly, biting you and running away ... LOL
Blame Katy and her anti-Triskaidekaphobia random number choice!I'm sorry lol.
(but seriously, all Katy's fault....)
:)

Ok I'll show my ignorance... Wth is a trick whatever you called Katy?
Splitter, belatedly and for what it's worth, I'm with you on the James Gandolfini front, assuming he's the main bloke off the Sopranos?JAC

Thanks to all who said congrats. Looks like you will be seeing me in "The Willing"...wonder if I will be good or evil.....
Cats are nice- I have two of them. They are quite contrary. I also have two dogs (of which are my favorite animals) and two kids....my house is kind of like a zoo sometimes.

I like all creatures, but dogs sometimes bother me because they are SOOO needy ... I prefer the independence of cats. And not having to take them for walkies ... LOL
heheheh that's dating you, Splitter! When I was a kid I used to get very confused over which was Barbara Woodhouse and which Mary Whitehouse!! Which is harsh because Barbara Woodhouse seemed like a nice (if authoritarian) lady and Mary Whitehouse...was the one with a penchant for pearl necklaces, I think.
JAC
Watching Woodhouse taught me how to train my first dog. That was the first time I ever found Public Television to be of value lol.For those who don't know, she was the 70's and 80's version of the Dog Whisperer. But the cool thing with her was that she was tough on the people lol.
Splitter
I have no clue who this Woodhouse person is....Oh the Dog Whisperer?? They had those back in the day? Wow. Very cool.
A Woodhouse quote:"The dog has an enviable mind; it remembers the nice things in life and quickly blots out the nasty."
she was a disciplinarian, but....really in tune with the dogs. People not so much lol. Google her videos, she was a genius in her way.
GAWD, I feel old.

Don't worry about feeling old, Splitter. I remember her too. She could establish a rapport with almost any dog.
Now if only I had been able to do that with women...
I actually had to ask my wife how old I was this past weekend. Seriously, when you forget your age...
Phil, damned right! I tried to apply her training techniques in dating...didn't work out so well. The back scratches went over well but not the leash training.
Except for that one gal...

You guys are hilarious!
It's easy to remember my age, 'cause I was born in a year that ends in "0" ... which can be easily ascertained by looking at my profile ... but I like to make people work for knowledge, if possible ...
C.S. Splitter wrote: "Son of a....I'm older than you....
Oh, and JAC, I passed that one up lol.

Well, you don't look it! I guess it's our lack of children that keeps us looking young, right? Critters just don't give as much stress to grey our hair and wrinkle our faces ... :-)
that, or clean livin' ... but since I was a bit of a hell-raiser before all these medicines forced me to stop drinking and smoking, I don't think I can quite claim that ...
HAH! There is a blog post coming from another member here about the author of The Reluctant where "he" goes into much detail about his hair and its color lolSplitter

Well, there's some streaks of grey in mine as well, but you can't see it easily unless I'm in the sun ... *shrug*
My cat doesn't care that I'm out of Coke - he is gonna lay on my legs and let me go thirsty ... And hubby is still snoring, since he was out fishing all day ... *sigh* I need telekinesis ...
don't know what you mean, Splitter....though I had bet myself you'd pick up on that!
Cambria, you know how at primary school there'd be one old teacher who very rarely came out, but when she did and caught you playing up and snapped at you, everyone in the whole school stood to attention (including the headmistress) and held their breath and shuffled their feet until she went back into the classroom and you all dared breathe out again?
That's pretty much Barbara Woodhouse.

Also Google her YouTube stuff - she died in 1988, long before there was a YouTube but she's on there nevertheless. There are loads of linkns come up but am on my work computer (sneakily) so can't get into YouTube and see!
