CHRISTINA post 603

To claim retroactive GR author tickets, you'll need to post giving all the necessary information from your original posts - what the post # was, the name of the book, and the task it was claimed for.

Arow -- post 623

Task 20.4 only requires 1 book. Since your post indicates that you rolled the 3 first, that book has been assigned to task 20.4.

If you find a place for the other book, since it appears in a bundle, please see the rules concerning claiming a component of a bundle- Rule format #11

JOY MARIE post 633

You claimed a big book ticket for 642 pages, for The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. The link you provided showed 465 pages.

The rules for big book tickets state:
** The book you link to should have the same approximate number of pages you are claiming (+/- 10 pages). If for example, you claim a Big Book that is 500 pages and the link you provide pulls up a book that is 350 pages, no Big Book ticket will be rewarded.

If the link you provided was not to the edition you read, please re-post with a link to the edition that you read.

message 68: by Anna (new)

Anna (aboxpower) | 13 comments I'm not sure whether my name was just added incorrectly or whether it was missed, but I should have an author ticket from my post 583 (Tamora Pierce is a Goodreads author). I saw that there's an Anna, but I'm Anna UK, and I don't know whether there was an Anna on that list before or not (so whether or not the UK was just missed off). Thanks :D

For task 5.9 The Long and the Short of It- Read a short book (100-200 pages) with a long title (5 or more words) or a long book (400 or more pages) with a short title (fewer than 5 words). Your book, Hit List, has a short title so it needs to be 400+ pages. That edition has 320 pages, so it doesn't fit the task. You can try to fit it somewhere else.

I haven't found an edition with that page count, but if that's the edition you have, that's fine. Reissues sometimes have different page numbers with the same isbn.

WENDY UK post 821

The rules for BB tickets state that
If you cannot find the correct edition on Goodreads, you must provide an outside link (to Amazon or Barnes & Noble, for example) that shows that the book is a Big Book.

If you want to claim a BB ticket for My Last Duchess, you'll need to provide a link to an edition that works.
