In need of a new series

I haven't tried it but I have heard great things about the Elemental Assassin series by Jennifer Estep.
I third the Chicagoland Vampire series by Chloe Neill, there are only four books out and the last one has gotten a lot of controversy.
Richelle Mead also has the Dark Swan series out, there are three books out right now.

Not even close! Some of these only have a couple of books in the series so far others are finished. Any that aren't PNR I've marked.
Christine Feehan's Carpathian series (22 books in that one should keep you busy) Start with Dark Prince (all of her books are worth checking out actually)
Marie Harte's Circe's recruits books are quick reads and hot. Then Dawn Endeavour and Power Up! series.
Sydney Croft's ACRO series - Xmen get hot.
Ann Aguirre's Corine Solomon series (UF) or Sirantha Jax (Sci-fi UF)
Pamela Palmer's Feral Warrior Series
Virginia Kantra's Children of the Sea series
Anya Bast's Elemental Witches
Lauren Dane's Cascadia Wolves
Allyson James's Stormwalker series
G.A. Aiken's Dragon Kin series
Lora Leigh's Breed Series
For a series that really sucks you in J.D. Robb's In Death series (UF/Crime but fantastic character/relationship development throughout series)
Molly Harper - I've only read the werewolf books but I'm hunting up her others - lighthearted take on PNR.
Devon Monk's Allie Beckstrom series

Keep the recommendations coming!
:)

Yes! I've read them, they were really great! :)

Night huntress is one of my favorite series, I LOVE Kat and Bones!

Lords of the Underworld by Gena Showalter
Alien Huntress series by Gena Showalter
Anita Blake series by Laurell Hamilton
Nocturne City by Caitlin Kittredge
Dark Days by Joceylnn Drake
Ghostwalkers by Christine Feehan

Your still missing a few :) I think Night Huntress and Vampire Academy are my favorites. But here are some that I really like that you didn't mention above. If you like Richelle Mead you have to read Storm Born, it's hella good!

Two vampire series with a good dose of humor in them:
Argeneau Vampires by Lynsay Sands
Love at Stake by Kerrelyn Sparks
A darker series about a warrior race protecting the human race:
Sentinel Wars, by Shannon K Butcher
A dark series about the fae:
Dark Magick by Anya Bast
Similar to but different than BDB:
Midnight Breed by Lara Adrian
I haven't read them, but the Darkyn and Kyndred series by Lynn Viehl are supposed to be good.

I loved this series!!

Yes I truly agree. Its my favorite also and some may dislike this but I like it better than BDB

I admit that I'm not in with the popular consensus by liking Midnight Breed series better than BDB, but that's what makes each of us unique. I understand that there are die-hard BDB fans; for me, it's Midnight Breed all the way!

I also prefer Midnight Breed to BDB, but it's a matter of personal preference. BDB is a bit harsh for me, though I read both.
Anyway, back to the topic. Keep those recommendations coming for Kelleigh!

Jacquelyn Frank's Shadowdwellers series is good, too. Hot!

You should probably start with Jacquelyn Frank's Nightwalker Series first. Isn't that where the Shadowdwellers are introduced? First book:

Warlords
Mageverse
Loved these warlords, they were great.
It was something a little bit different

I absolutely recommend these as well. Very good. I also love the Vampire Academy series.
As for Morganville, I didn't have the easiest time getting into them either, but I'm glad I did. They get much better. The last 2 have been kind of blah though. Sometimes I think authors need to know when to end it. Morganville is one continuous story, like the Sookie books which I believe should end soon too. The last couple were terrible, IMO...I think she's just writing them because she has to now...
That being said...I really enjoy Richelle Mead. She plans out her series over 6 books. You still care about the characters by the time you're done.

It seems like you appreciate a good sarcastic sense of humor. I highly recommend the Chicagoland Vampire series. Great funny/smart characters.
I happen to think that Katie MacAlister is really funny but her books are more fluff, but that's nice sometimes. Katie MacAlister
Have you read the Dorina Basarab series by Karen Chance? It's good. Not as good as Cassie because, uh, no Pritkin. Midnight's Daughter
I think you'd enjoy the Dark Swan series by Richelle Mead as well. Storm Born
I really enjoyed the first couple ( I think 3? ) Anita Blake books. I've read all of them except for Hit List which just came out. I don't know if you want to go down that dark and bumpy road though. Her Merry Gentry series isn't as bad. It's not nearly as "serious" though.
Like I said we've read most of the same books so it's hard to recommend a lot. lol

Here's what I've read, and what I've rated them:

Try the Fallen Series by Lauren Kate. Its a sort-of forbidden cursed romance between a girl and a fallen angel. The premise: A human girl, and a fallen-angel whose imminent love is forbidden. In every lifetime, a love found, a love lost. *goosebumps*
Read only the 6-page prologue & you will understand the worth of the story ♥
The first book, Fallen is good, The second book, Torment was great, The third book, Passion was awesome!!And...The fourth book, Rapture

Hush Hush series by Becca Fitzpatrick or the Fallen series by Lauren Kate.
There is also the Shiver series I have heard many enjoy. Personally I have only red the 1st installment out of the 3 that are out. And I reviewed the book as good. Just good. The two series I listed previous to that one I do enjoy. They are currently my favorite series and I two have read others such as Twilight/Sookie/etc.
*not my opinion: I heard others say that Fallen is kind of slow in comparison to Hush Hush.
However if I were to compare the 2 series I would say:
Fallen(Fallen #1) > Hush Hush(Hush Hush #1)
Torment(Fallen #2) < Crescendo(Hush Hush #2)

Guardians of Eternity by Alexandra Ivy,
Doomsday Brethren by Shayla Black,
Chosen Ones and Darkness Chosen by Christina Dodd.

Dark PrinceDark DesireDark Gold
Dark Hunter by Sherrilyn Kenyon are also good ones.
Sherrilyn Kenyon

and the mortal instruments

also you have lament & ballad

well those are different types of serieses i hope you`ll like them

I read the first book in Morganville vampire series - Just couldn't get into it.
Also, read the first three books in Sherrilyn Kenyons Dark Hunter series, it was ok, but nothing that kept me up all night reading.
I'm ready for another heart stopping series that totally sucks me in! If you have any recommendations please let me know!
Oh - and I'm trying to avoid series that only have one or two books out. I'm not exactly the most patient person. lol
Ok thanks!
