I am from Minnesota. I lived in San Diego for 4 years, I wish I could convince my husband to move there!! I miss California!!
Hi, I'm Bronwyn from Mansfield in Australia. Can't see any fellow countrymen - or women - here so I may be the token Aussie!
I am from Germany, but absolutely unhappy with it. I want to go to England as soon as I've finished school :)
I live in the Tropical Northern Territory of Australia - two seasons only The Wet (monsoon season) and The Dry (6 months of no rain and low humidity)
I live in Newfoundland, Canada! A little island no one really knows about, and bands seem to skip a lot.
Hi I live on the GOLD COAST in AUSTRALIA.
we are in the mountains about 25 km from the beach.
Born in Melbourne, but lived here now for 25 yrs.
I'm from Melbourne, Australia, the most livable city in the world (Yes, I am rather biased). To be fair, as most of you are from the US, I have never been there so I can't really compare.
Australia is where I long to go some day. Right now I live in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. Born here but lived in Connecticut for almost 20 years. I like being back in my hometown though.
I'm a Californian... sixty years in this state! I've always wanted to move out of state, but never did. I was born in Oakland, raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, and now live near the northern border of the state, only twenty miles south of Oregon.

Wow! So many people from(or in) amazing places on here! I am from Saint Louis, Missouri. Kind of boring. But it's been my home all my life. :)
I was born and raised in Pasadena, Ca. I left to attend university in South Boston. I fell in love with the place and I've lived here ever since.
Go Red Sox!!
Go Red Sox!!
Hi everyone! I live inTampa but my roots are in Montreal. So I read both French and English. I find it great to have all the people from everywhere around the world in this book club. I got an idea as I was reading all these hellos from various countries around the world. Could we have a challenge to read books written by an author in a different country?
- hopefully translated in English! ;-).
Maybe we could start a foreign book list of recommendations. Since I just joined this group I'm not sure it is fitting and I apologize if this is not quite in this club practices. I'm a newbie here. I just got enthousiastic seeing all the great people from everywhere and I'm an avid reader and I love learning about different countries and other cultures :-)
Hi from Melbourne, Australia. I lived here for the past 8 years, though I was born in Southern England.
I have lived in Michigan for most of my adult life but grew up in Arizona. I love Michigan but miss terribly the sunsets of Arizona.
Hi everyone,
I'm from Montreal, Canada. I speak English, Italian, and French. Wishing you all the best! :)
