I want to travel around the world! :D there's so much to see, the world is too huge! I've never even been abroad, sigh. How do you guys get to see such great places?
But I think I should travel around my country first...
But I think I should travel around my country first...
I've never been abroad either but I would love to go to somewhere like New York as it's so different from where I live.
England :) Only visiting, though. My country is the best. I just want to go for long enough to bask in the awesome accents <3
Hawaii. I REALLY REALLY REALLY want to go to Hawaii. Unfortunately, this summer I'm stuck in town because of work. And my mom said she might take my sister WITHOUT ME! I mean, how cruel can you get?!
The Gallagher Academy. Academy 7. The Knightsbury Institute!!!!! Blackthorne School For Boys. (Yes, I know.) The Henley. New Beijing:)

this is exactly how I feel. travelling around my country would be so cool because not many people do that
I want to go to New Zealand because of the beauty there and Lord of the Rings and to Africa because my aunt is a missionary there.
I would love to go to London.
I've been to England, Singapore, Malaysia and France...but I'd totally revisit all of them, and go to America, Spain, and Germany (gotta put my German lessons to good use)...and any other place I can think of ;P
So far I've been around the U.S. and to France and Ireland. But I'd really like to visit Italy, Greece, some other European countries, as well as Japan, Malaysia, and other Asian countries... all in all, I want to get to as many places as I can, on each continent! xD Don't know how that'll work out, but it'd be awesome.
I'd also love to jump into my favorite scenes of books and watch the action unfold...of course, if its like a heart-melting and/or intimate scene...the mood would kinda be ruined by me standing there, eagerly waiting for live footage ;P

Like something from the pages of Inkheart. :P

Lianne wrote: "Zechariah wrote: "Lianne wrote: "I'd also love to jump into my favorite scenes of books and watch the action unfold...of course, if its like a heart-melting and/or intimate scene...the mood would k..."Maybe be invisible and unaffecting to the book world if you choose to? There for all scenes could unfold as if you weren't watching.
thats a good idea! And in the scenes I hate the most (mostly the heartbreaking ones), I can scream all I like at how the characters are being stupid and they won't react! hehehe
Lianne wrote: "thats a good idea! Of course I do...if I had it my way, I would have solved a dozen story book/movie couples before their problems get out of hand...but then, it ruins the story...they have to go through all the shiz they got through in order to know they'll make it ;P and even if I really...REALLY want to kill certain characters, I have to wait for them to get their just desserts ;P
I want to go Paris. But since I am not having a quinceñera, (I think that's how you spell it) my mom said I can go to Paris on my 15 birthday.

Oh I've been it's amazing there go in the summer it's beautiful then

Paris is amazing. :D Just don't eat at the tourist hotspots. :P

True, but what if one of your favorite characters dies? Would you intervene then, if you could? ;) I suppose that's off the topic of where one would like to go, however. xD What books would you want to, literally, jump into?

hmm...I guess if its important to the plot and has to be done to have an overall nice ending then I suppose I can't interfere...if I could, then hell yeah I would...but I'd probably stuff the entire story in doing so :P
Narnia (duh)
the Wizarding World of Harry Potter (Hogwarts ;P)
the land of Vampire Academy...
the Shadow Hunter world of The City of Bones/Clockwork Prince...(stop Jace and Will from being utter idiots ;P)
the world of Artemis Fowl...there's heaps more, but those are the ones I'd love to jump into...

Harry Potter I'd expect. :P Artemis Fowl... Haven City would certainly be a must. And Narnia... what isn't there to see? Good picks. ;) I'd kind've like to jump into a few fantasy worlds myself.
yes yes yes! I'd love to check out Holly and Mulch in action ;P of course I'd have to visit Fowl Manor, watch the not-so-evil genius in action, and see the Butlers at work ;P and Miles and Fletcher are a must see! (not sure if you've read the last one book, so I'll keep my spoilers to myself)Oh...I'd go straight to Aslan's country and find the 'not tame Lion' Aslan and ask him to tea ;P
Lianne wrote: "yes yes yes! I've read the last book, but for those who haven't, we best not spoil it. ;) I'd definitely have to meet Miles and Fletcher in person. They were very brave in the last book. :P Not so evil genius definitely... hardly since book one. The Fowl Manor reminds me of the real life Butler House.
Ask Aslan to tea, huh? I wonder how a lion goes about taking his tea... :P
