We have built shelves in the living room! I meant for them to house one or two books then have decorations on them, but the boyfriend has claimed the top shelf for his model aeroplanes then the second shelf for a whole 17 of his books!

That makes the third and bottom shelves mine. Bottom shelf has a painting of the old prison (a bit of my one home in my other home) and I'll probably put cooking books on that shelf too. The other shelf will hold a few of my fave books and some TBR books that will be on constant rotation as I read and replace them.

I shall take a photo when everything is finished. :p
