Here's cloudy too! and cold :( I can't wait to have nice spring days!!! It's unfair, in the north of the country they already have awesome days, and we're still in winter...I hope this winter is shorter than last year's ¬¬ I saw the face of the sun in December ¬¬

I'm really hoping to be able to save up for it if I go really stingy every month - or see if I can get a loan for half of it from parents (then be able to book it in advance) and just pay them back on a slower basis ;P
I've also got to visit my friend in Berlin at some point next year, but that'll just cost me travel and spending expenses.

Awww. I want you to have nice spring days too! Well I feel your pain, we'll be hitting winter soon and it will be freezing here. The downside of living by the sea.

Oh well, if you're sopping tomorrow I'll try my hardest to send it on, it's obviously already starting to work ;DI was just reading - they ask you to bring thermals with you for November in the desert because the night times go below 0, now that sounds good, I like the heat but not when I'm trying to sleep :D
It is! I'm very grateful for the sunshine. There's still a slight breeze though. :PI hate it being hot when I try to sleep. Camels sound fun. I want to go husky sledding myself though. :P

Oh wow, I had an e-mail come through a while ago about a husky sled challenge that was for this year (obv bit late now, but could be worth a look for next year) I was looking at it but may go camel trekking instead. Will try to find the info for you :)

There are a lot of cycling ones, so it could work! I like the look of the motorbiking one in India.

There are some good ones, I was looking into horse riding treks earlier, they also looked quite good :) I just haven't been riding in ages and have nowhere nearby to really de-rust my novice skills :S

I've never really wanted to go somewhere too sunny - but after spending so many years (almost all 24 xmases) in deep midwinter gloom of England and Scotland I'd quite like a change of scenery for at least some of winter :D Plus sun doesn't seem to tan me in this country - more a bleaching effect :(

I burn in the SHADE ! sightakes me weeks to get a base tan - so SPF 45+ for me!

I've been browsing for ideas for next year's holiday as I'm getting bored of just spending a week to visit the 'rents over my birthday. There's a lovely site offering a Camel Trek hols in Morocco for a fairly decent price I may be able to save up for (in Nov 2012) :D
