Lloyd | 415 comments Please pass on that all three books in the Chaos Walking trilogy are on sale for the Kindle at .99 cents each today!!!! SUCH A GREAT DEAL!!!!!

message 12802: by Regina (last edited Mar 28, 2012 08:38AM) (new)

Regina (reginar) It is a huge deal, I am trying to decide if I should buy them or not.

ETA: I should add that I read the first two from the library, so if I bought them it would only be to add to my library and maybe give them to my kids to read. Hmm, that is a good enough reason.

message 12803: by Gwennie (new)

Gwennie (blessedwannab) For 99 cents each, it's a good time to do it!

I have them in print, otherwise I'd be doing it.

message 12804: by Marysue (new)

Marysue | 9 comments I The Lucky One. It was a quick read and while I did enjoy it, it was very predictable.

really? now that seems interesting :)
I've never finished an audiobook because the ones I have are usually nonfiction so I take it slow.I prefer physical books coz I tend to highlight passages...but yeah, audiobook sounds cool.thanks

☼Bookish in Virginia☼ (ren_t) Jessica (BlogEared Books) wrote: "what did you think of ashfall? "

I liked Ashfall (Ashfall, #1) by Mike Mullin . Thought it was more fun than Ashes, Ashes and was better plotted. What did you think about the end of Ashes, Ashes. It sort of fell apart for me.

======

Melodie, I think book2 is coming out this fall. Can't wait.

I'm on a dystopia binge, Dawn, which means there's a lot of ashes in my reading ;]

message 12824: by Diana (new)

Diana Recently started Falling Under (Falling Under, #1) by Gwen Hayes , I really shouldn't have read those negative reviews because I'm starting to agree. Although I was also told it picks up after 50 pages so maybe I should wait, I only have 10 pages more to get there.

Bethany | 578 comments So, I know this isn't the netgalley thread, but I wanted to make sure everyone sees this! I was browsing netgalley and Juliet Marillier's new book is available for request - Shadowfell!!! I freaked out just a little bit when I saw it and had to make sure and spread the word because I doubt I'm the only one suffering through J.M. withdrawals :)
