Read the 1st chapter last night. Can't wait!!
I think Carina did too. Might hold off on this one, even though I doubt it will wreck me like chapter one of Shadowfever did.
Na it won't. It just left me wanting to read the rest right now.

I am SOOOO ready for this book to come out! I need some Bones in my life!
I'm going to have to juggle to fit NHW in. I really need to at least read NH 4 again because even though I only read it a couple months ago, I was preoccupied and skimmed a lot of it, so I don't remember what really happened.Pretty excited though about book 5. I'm also really hyped for the new BDB in March. I'm already missing my brothers and I JUST finished the series.
I'm actually re-reading the whole series before this one comes out and I still need to read Mencheres book too! I have so many series that I have to read and BDB is one of them. I wish I had more time to catch up on everything everyone has already read!

Okay, as you guys know I've had no real time for reading the past week or so, but I'm just past the halfway point of this book finally.Can I just say that I really don't like the vampires flying thing? It's bad enough that they can have powers and possibly read minds, but they can FLY too? I mean, I knew about this before book 5, but it's really bugging me now for some reason.
It makes them seem even more invincible. Vampires flying is kinda weird..
I just can't see them fly without wings, that's my biggest problem! It just looks so wrong in my head... kind of like the cover on one of the Sookie books.
I don't mind the flying so much, mainly because I was "used" to the idea of vampires flying from the Sookie books. I am very happy with Frost's new book!! It wasn't as nail-biting and intense as the others, so it was kind of nice that way. I was bummed there wasn't as much Bones and sex with Bones ;)
@ Latasha Yeah, I'd love to have more scenes with Bones, but I guess he can't be glued to Cat at all times. ;) And I also didn't mind that it was less intense, it was still just what I needed; a happy reunion, after last year with two spin-off's!
I haven't read the spin offs, so I was pretty peeved when she talked about Denise and Mencheres. Darn it I know the ending already!!
At least it wasn't that important to the story. And you mean she now spoiled the spin-offs? ;)
What did you all think of chapter 21? I still prefer book 2's chapter 32 I think.
Hmm yeah, I do too. But I think that has to do with the circumstances and their relationship at that point as well. :)
I liked Ch 21, it was nice to see Bones squirming and moaning and getting satisfied by his woman. But I do have to agree that I prefer Ch 32. Just thinking about all the things Bones can make you feel makes me blush!

I love the pic of her and Bones the best, but the new cover is pretty awesome too! No clue why they changed the model for Cat though. I liked the old girl better.
