Last time I made lamingtons my cat liked the cake..he jumped up onto the bench super quietly and started to munch on the cake..I wasn't very impressed but I couldn't help but laugh.

Good Grief! How much time did you spend in Australia? That's a very impressive list for someone who hasn't lived here. I know locals who've never sung the anthem.

Geebungs are plants that grow close to the ground with a large seed surrounded by a layer of green pulp; they don't taste of much. The Aboriginal kids I went to primary school with showed me how to find them. And yes, I was a country kid.Also Banjo Patterson's poem, The Geebung Polo Club.

74/100 but I have seen Angels, Radiators, Jimmy Barnes and lots of other Australian bands. I once owned a dingo cross but didn't count that. I didn't go to the Big Day Out concert because I could hear it from my Dad's back yard and he had cold beer and a pool - seemed like a better choice at the time.
