OK - the link works. You can share documents through google documents. If you have a gmail account, log in and then click on "documents" in the upper left hand corner. You can then create word or spreadsheets (even databases!). To share, you have to change the privacy settings to "share with everyone who has the link", then copy the link from the top of the page and paste it into your message here on goodreads.
Hope this helps...let me know if you need some more info or clearer instructions.
